I only see one rotary.

 

Drift where were you? I never saw you there. I got there at about 3 and stayed til 5.

 

i walked around the whole thing a couple times, and then i stood near the two nicely done subaru's in front of the stage (sort of near the black rx8)

 

well i was the second car in the lot and was one of the last to leave. i didnt see a black 8 but saw a pearl white one but he was outside the gate. my car was next to the Porsche GTX and the lifted ford.

 

If you mean the rx8 that had "RX-8" printed on the front then that was thrashers and I think its a very dark green.

Did you wear your angry rotor shirt? I was looking for that.

I walked around once but a lot of the cars didn't look that great to me but they were more the "hellasunk" crowd of people. Even saw a car leaving with a license plate holder that said hellasunk and sure enough he had the goofy looking wheels. The little shows on the stage were pretty good, the drum thing was sweet and that little kid dancing lol.

that's the one, i guess it looked black through my sunglasses, apologies. But yeah, i arrived about 10 mins after the drums (i drove by once while they were drumming, then turned around and came back). I was wearing the angry rotor shirt. Ah well, We'll all have to cruise or hit up in-n-out one day (not th, fr, or sat, i work those days damnit!).

also i was standing near that yellow scion/cube/whatever it was (between it and the subaru's, which were in front of the rx8)

 

Yea it's Nordic green. It changes colors depending on the light. Didn't see you but was looking out for you. You'll just have to call in one thursday or for the Friday to attend a meet.

 

at the end there, were you over by the white rx8 talking to someone?

 

Yea thrasher was talking to me, that's my white rx8. :P

Kind of funny, I was standing near thrashers rx8 through the whole drum show and the dance show I was near the old buick that was next to that cube car. We were probably standing like 10 feet from each other lol.

 

Yeah, I was standing there talking on the phone smoking a cancer stick and was going to head over and say hi, but the phone call got the best of me. lol

 

Another time then. I plan on going to one of the thursday scr meets, don't know which yet. Possibly even the wrencyh meet phil is talking about, I just dont know a whole lot about the rx8 other than oil changes.

 

Obviously I did not make any of the Saturday meets......Got busy with "Honey Dos" and did not get out.

As of right now we are having a wrench meet on next Saturday (April 2nd) at 9am at my garage. Will be working for sure on little Phil's clutch. If there is time we can check coils, plug wires and compression on a few other vehicles. If you bring some parts you need changed I have the tools and usually can show you how to do the job. If you don't know where I live and would like to come, just PM me for directions. Since the only respondent for know is little phil, keep your eyes on this thread in case he cancels and no one else has voiced his desire to come.

 

omfg i have a problem does anybody have a extra plate where the coils go on because i broke to screws...let me know asap...

 

A few minutes ago on my way home I saw a blue rx8 with black rims and a blue line around the rims at flamingo and hualapie near albertsons. I think thats someone here because I have seen pictures of a similar 8, anyone know who that was? I'm not a big fan of the painted lines around rims but this looked really nice.

Ah yea I just looked at his pictures and that has to be the 8 I saw. He went missing off the boards thats probably why I couldn't remember who it was.

Saw Gilberts car being towed to discount tire on blue diamond.

 

so.. I wrecked my 8. Broke the rear axle. Possibly broke a tie rod in the front. Body damage.

but my parents agreed to allow me to borrow their Mazda 5 to go to Vegas still. I'll be staying at the Excalibur. Yippee.

 

Sorry to hear about the wreck - obviously no one was injured.

Little Phil, did you get the day off for Saturday ? If not there are no takers on the wrench meet.

 

thanks.. it was just me in the car by myself, only car involved, which was veryyyy lucky.. i slid right between 2 cars, it was intense.. tried to save it.. then it all got fucked my side is sore, but my neck muscles are really sore.. <- i feel like a baby again
