As I understand it, changing a fuel pump is pretty simple. It's just under your back seat. AJ did it at Phil's in like 15 min.

Phil: I have a stock spare in my garage but I am gone on vacation and will not be back for a while. Changing it out is easy if you have the removal tool (got that too).

Even without the proper tool people have had good luck with a screwdriver and a hammer. The proper tool would be much easier though.

I have never used them but a quick google search gave http://lasvegas.citysearch.com/profi...cap_annie.html and it seems to have pretty good reviews. You may want to give them a call and see if they can give you a ballpark price on repairing a wheel.

Just thought I would put in another good word for the dealer up north. Some great people working there. Most of them are pretty open and willing to help you out with whatever you need. I don't really wanna go into specifics as I know Mazda sometimes looks at this forum and would not want them getting in trouble in any way.

Had to go up there to get my drivers side sun visor replaced under warranty. They set me an appointment and when I got there they told me they had to order the part so I had to come back. Even with that I left happy after talking with a few people there because they are just that awesome and 10x better than the previous dealer.

I had previously left the meets to others and all of a sudden there were none...Like the fat big mouth that I am, I took it on myself to start setting up meets for the 8s. Some times there are quite a few 8s and other times a very few and in June there were none. A selfish view is I am able to make a Friday evening meet and would hope others would wish to join me. Past experience always showed me that a set location was the most productive. Where in the valley that set location is does not sway me so if there is a suggestion I am open to hearing of it.

I'd like to make something clear if perhaps it is not, SinCityRotary meets are open to all rotary owners, fans, past owners or what have you hence why it's not SinCitySevens lol

As far as the monthly meet if the Vegas 8's want a dedicated location that is totally up to them but that's just not how SCR does it. Perhaps if we wanted to invade Cars & Coffee as a group or the Auto gathering at Craig and Rancho Friday evenings that may prove to be interesting, just saying

If you and SCR do not want a combined meet then so be it.......I will not ever post on the SCR web site again about a meet or combined meet. Sorry to all at SCR that took offense. My intention was never to cause a problem.

Now I will continue to look for a common meeting place for all that care to attend and will post it here in this forum. If no one shows then I will know that it is a fruitless endeavor.

now now Phil talk about flexabilty lol

I will qoute my buddy Mr Spock, "the good of the one does not equal the good of the many"

I mean really I take my personal feelings out of meet locations and such my goal is for folks to feel welcome and to continue to get the count up. Anyone wanting to attend a meet will jump on their phone the night of to see where it is at and know within a moment or 2.

I further validated in the past consistant time and location was the way to go but in 2011 I am not so sure.

now with that said I am ok to agree to disagree lol

1 more thing the 8's meet once a month why can't perhaps their be the SCR meets, the 8 meet and the rotary meet? geeeasshhh lol

Personally I would attempt to make all three or whatever it turns out to be in a month 6 or 7 lmao

Now as someone who use to attend the weekly SCR meets and the monthly Rotary meet aka the Vegas 8's meet and now doesn't do you have any constructive criticism that may help the montly attendance?

thanks in advance

I am not flexable about meet dates and time....I will continue to try and have a meet every third Friday of every month for all rotary vehicles. The place for the meet is yet to be decided but I am hoping for it to be a place to have an inexpensive meal.

If the opportunity is there I will

date and time is great but a permanet location is what concerned me

easier for a person to go **** it Friday about 7:30, wheres the meet? Then to have all the elements shifting and moving hell that would confuse the fock out me lmao

Heh, i guess i accidently opened a can of worms.

I only had suggested the poll for the day change to see what if it would get more members. that's all. I apologize.

Grammar fixed. And nope, no advice. I can't imagine what would ever get me to a meet again. So I sure as hell can't think of what the hell would get others.
