We're gonna do it big for 2008! I'm gonna try to find a company that organizes private and corporate events. Someone that can provide the full range of services, including sponsoring, tuning, discounts and even entertainment.
Besides that, how much is the calendar?? $20 or $25? Also, who do I give the money to, and when is everyone supposed to pay?!

Any ideas?I'm going to front the money. We will just take the cost plus the freight and devide it by the total units and that is what we will charge. It should be about $30.00 each if the pricing stays the way it was quoted. After they show, we will have a meet and pony up then. I don't want or need any money in advance as it will just screw me up, I don't want to make any money and don't mind if I get stuck with a few. I might even get my partners to agree to kick in a few $ and thus lower the price (if they kick in you will have to put up with a business card attached or a small ad) but as I said most of those I talk to have already allocated their advertising funds for this year.

Sorry, I forgot to answer you.. I can drive it, but not on the public roads. I still need to replace that one bad OEM rim, and get all my alignments fixed. Every time, I drove it around my neighborhood, the car would wobble because the alignment needs to be fixed. So, we'll have to work something out, somehow.. Any ideas?

As for the calander(s) if you guys can hold off till I get back to Vegas? I just need to install my Tanabes, snap me pic of me car. Tell me who to email the pic to?
put me down for 5!!! I hope with all the calanders we are ordering the price will drop
As I can go into a book store and get one with lambos and what not for like $12 lol

Also, for 2008 we need to have weekly or monthly meets/drives. I will have to figure everyone schedules, and work on a day that would be good for everyone! I led IIRC the valley's second Group Drive in my RX8 through death valley then up to the overlook (dante's?).... on the road up I lost some pesky wrx's in the twisties.

Sounds good - now getting everyones schedule is going to be fun. I'm one of the few that works a regular job so here is my schedule as of now.
Monday thru Thursday: Only available from 5pm-8pm
Friday: available from 5pm till ????
Saturday: Only available by two week notice as it's my wifes day-evening
Sunday: All day and evening to 8pm, flexable with some notice
I would opt for a Monthly meet so every one does not get burned out with meets. Meet location to stay the same so everyone knows were to go. There could be a bi-monthly meet with a drive, BBQ, dinner or fun thing (racers, mini golf, etc.).
Any way that's my thoughts - everyone should chime in and give Armin some food for thought.
