You remember what Devilzero used to do to try and get more people to come, remember how many times he talked about giving away some damn rotory mirror. Never saw it once.

One guy started giving away those rotory key chains to try and start a Glendora meet. I went once, and so did a whole lot of other people. Never heard about them meeting again though.

I think right now is a hard time to get meets together, with the holidays and all.

Devilzero had those meet and it worked out fine... that was until some "kids" started showing up and reved around in parking lots, showing off, playing loud music... the more mature owners decided to stop going. I for one did.

The other meet was at the San Gabriel monthly meet location. Not sure why no one showed up.. I was there at noon to 12:15pm... nothing.

 

cho, who screwed up the OC meets? Who are the immature people?

 

so how many peeps are actually going? i hope at least as many peeps from last time show up....

 

Pah, I won't be able to go. I have to get a x-mas tree and decorate it! My car's stock anyways. Nothing to show off except for my elite driving skills.

I'm driving to the Pasadena area meet... there's suppose to be one this Wednesday at around 8pm... Rosemead and Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena.

 

So is it sad or is it happening......Topanga is a great smooth road.....the only bad thing is sometimes there are slow driving residents of the area, and only about 3 or 4 passing opportunities on the entire stretch, but the road is just great. Are you guys coming up? Can I meet you guys somewhere? Like the Ralphs at the corner of Topanga and Ventura where the big biker meet is maybe.....Let me know!

I think you guys should meet up around 8pm.. then drive "safely" to the 626 meet on Rosemead/Foothill Blvd in Pasadena around 9pm - 11pm.. Everyone will be happy.
