Rodger: hope it all comes out perfectly matched. Let us know how it goes and when you get it back. Oh, and remember not to wax it for at least 2 weeks.

Wing: the drive is pretty far to be honest. It'll be closer for me but you're looking at a 2 hour drive. Know anyone in San Diego area? you could make a day out of it....

no way man, 3 seperate threads is the limit. Any more then that and you're officially in 'thread whoring' territory. 3 and under is just considered, 'informing the RX-8 community'

Did I read BBQ! After Thanksgiving sounds good.
Just saw the pics of your painted 8 Rodger. From the pics it looks great. Can't wait to see the final product at the next BBQ. Mmmm BBQ

It's at Caliber Collision in Santa Monica. It was just over a 1000 bucks for the repair; however, my comprehensive deductible is only a $100.

cool... let us know how the final job is and how happy u r with their work. $1k for all that is very reasonable, imo. also, i'm curious to know if ur cabin smells like paint afterwards and whether u need to get your air filters changed to get rid of the smell too...

Whacha guys think about a BBQ this weekend? Looks like Jedi and newcastle might already be up for it and abbid is in town with his 8, looking to hang w/ some 8 people. (see thread)
I feel kinda bad crashing Rodger's house everytime so to give him and his house a break may I suggest we go for a drive? (I'd very much be willing to offer to BBQ @ my house but it's just too small; my old place in norcal was "the party house" but this 1 is just too small.)
Maybe an afternoon cruise and dinner somewhere? Or brunch and drive like the SanBern meets? Any ideas?
Edit: I haven't posted anything in the thread about this so as not to get any hopes up or to speak for any1.

Crashing Rodger's house again!!! I'll bring MORE beer.
Oh, and since it's becoming tradition to mod something every time we go, I think some fans for my Amp might be in order.
