I've got an easy solution for ya: go to the grocery store and pick up a few cans of Salt. In the middle of the night, pour them all over his precious lawn.
If your'e looking for something less destructive, here's a fun one:
In the middle of the night, remove all the sprinkler heads from your neighbor. When he goes to turn them on tomorrow, it'll be ABSOLUTE comedy!

this is by the bowling alley. westchester way runs along the runway at lax.
it's a good street to head to in and out on. one street and 30sec. and you have a street that will delite you for a min. or two.

JK Actually, aside from fueling a few more planes & news helicopters, it hasn't bothered me. Havent driven my car at all but the 2 miles to and from work or school.
