yea i got all the info, the guy was really cool about it all, he knew it was his fault, i was parked outside my g/f house and he was reversing from his driveway across the street and his foot got stuck and couldnt brake in time, and yes the truck didt get scratched. estimate for the damages are $3,200 and 2-3weeks to repair. the good thing is no one was hurt, and my car is still driveable, the exhaust was untouched!!! which is an extreme relief for me. anywho thanks everyone for supporting and making me feel better. i will keep you updated.

if you look closely at pic 3 you can see a white fence, thats were his truck was, he reversed to park it on the streets out of his driveway, but overshot it a bit. lol
I never saw what happened. but i heard it, i mean the car drives the same as before, but who knows, it will be inspected soon.

That friggin sucks, but at least the guy came clean about it. Looks like there's no damage to the actual body, just the trunk/bumper got ripped up.
