Neptune Speed Horrible Customer Service
Has anybody taken there car to Neptune Speed before?
I had the worst possible experience that i have ever had at a mechanic shop. I took my car there last saturday to get a rattle checked out and to also get my heater checked out and then get my OBX headers and a mid pipe installed. I left it there all week and checked and had to call them a million times just to get a hold of them. I even had to call mazda to find out what the "heater control" unit was called just because Leon the appointment guy didnt know what it was called.
I was supposed to go pick up my car today after work and at 11:50 am i received a call from Leon saying that Yoshi tried to start my car and that the engine flooded so that they were starting the deflooding process.
I asked them how long they had my car idol for before they turned it off and they stated that he had it on for 45 seconds before he turned it off. Is that normal???? I thought these guys were experienced with rotary engines.
I asked him to please keep me updated with the process as my car has never flooded before.
at 1:31 after hearing nothing i gave them a call...no answer
at 1:35 i called again and still...no answer
at 4:12 I called again... i got a busy tone
at 4:13 I called again...finally somebody answered but it was a women that stated that Leon was on the phone and that he would call me back when he was done
at 5:17 I still had not received a phone call so i called again and they stated that Leon was at storage and I said forget it and I would head down there since I had no luck of reaching them.
I got there at 6:00pm and after an hour of talking Leon and Yoshiya they stated that they would not be able to look at my car again until next week friday. Really??? My car wont start under your supervision and now your not willing to help me out. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that it was not there fault. I had to get my car towed to mazda because they said they were to busy to "experiment" with my car to figure out what was wrong with because they already tried the ignition coils and since that didnt work they have no idea whats wrong.
So my car is now at Browning mazda waiting until tomorrow morning to see if they will have a chance to look at it.
Any Ideas on what this could be? I love my 8 so much and i have been with out it for a week and i already know that this is going to be costly.
