They will start making dyno pulls at 9am. I think it would be best for you to plan on a morning run.

I will be doing my best to get the cars dialed in during the dyno-only runs.
I'll give you guys a better idea of what to expect by the middle of next week.

I think I've jumped through all the hoops google checkout put in front of me... <crosses fingers>. I should be the proud new owner of a MM AP.

Put me down for a dyno/tune and i'll bring the cash for the difference between that and my original deposit.

just checked and it's been charged... yay!

never had so much trouble spending money in my life... lol

and to anyone wondering..it had nothing to do with google checkout or MM. It was my stupidity not checking what i was typing... twice.

Google is WAY better than PayPal in several significant ways - all of which protect both parties.
There are hoops, but its still better than sending me a check! lol

I'll have my compression check hardware with me, too.
So if anyone wants a graphic, multi-chamber true compression check of their motor, I can do that for you (for a low cost - especially compared to the dealers that typically screw the procedure up, anyway).

Would you do a compression check for a cost lower than a tune or would that be an option for the people who paid for a tune?

Allright then. I will probably get that done then. Do dealers charge anything for this even if I still have remaining warranty?

They usually wont do it.
If they do, half of them do it with the wrong tool and the other half don't know how to use the right tool.
Prices range from $70 to $120.

Screw that! I would rather pay you $20 instead of pay some dumb ***, who isn't as knowledgeable, a ton more.

Plus, you get a cool graph that shows the compression pulses of each combustion chamber.

Depends.
Most rotaries sputter at idle.
If its a mechanical problem (bad O2 sensor, bad coil/plug/wire, etc.), then the answer is no.

^ just curious, my car does the same thing at idle, hardly noticeable. Would slightly increasing idle rpm help smooth it out? ...assuming it's not a mechanical issue.
