I'm not a fan of street racing, but they try to label any gathering as such. (at least 10 of these guys were racing though) I wish there was more definative info on mods that are legal vs illegal. I put an intake and exhaust on my car, not to race, but for better performance.

 

I remember when they had the street races over here @ Mountain House Pkwy couple years back. There was a major bust....lucky that I planned something else that day.

 

I'll bet Oakland PD had a huge party at Dunkin Doughnuts after that bust.
