Can you give us any idea of what company is going to be modifying your 8 for SEMA, or maybe what type of parts are going to be involved. Sounds like there is some body work involved...anything else you are at liberty to discuss....?
I always have wondered how people get connected to companies for the SEMA show...sounds like you get a lot of new products for only a small investment (the temporary loss of your car)....but then again, sometimes the products aren't really daily driver friendly.

On top of that, he 'may' lose the other shows which they may want the car to be displayed at... though he did say he's not under any type of contract.
I think part of the reason Shawrf1's car is possible is because he's still in the military, and don't need the car as his daily driver... plus the fact that he already had previous experience with shows.

BRAIN FART........
You guys know how rasp wanted everyone to list their mods...how about this,
For the next meet, Everyone attending should print up a list of their mods to put in the front windshield like they do in most car shows. That way you can walk around and browse the lists to see what people got and have em show you if you're interested!
God damn i am smart....
I will post mine soon for an example

I'm pretty ghetto when it comes to kits and stuff... just wait another month or so to see my car. I bought some sheets of fiberglass type stuff, spray on fiberglass, and tons of clay. I'm making my own body kit... then I got some awesome hub caps from Pep boys. 19" spinner type made by West Coast Choppers. I'm planning to install those later this month. Oh, and I bought some bulbs yesterday from Target, and will change all the lighting in my car to red. Can't wait to show off at HIN San Mateo!

Dangnabit! I almost forgot about the grafix! I already installed the Type R Street Fighter Vader Spoiler made by SUPER Rice Racer.com. I even painted it myself with some paint I got at Home Depot. Looks rad! I might even use the leftover paint and go Old school racing stripes straight down the middle!
