Nah, it's just the crappy pic. I reduced the size of the original 1.3 meg and I think it made the pic blurry.
There is a solid line across, I'll try and take a better pic later when it's a better day. There are very little if no flaws to the front bumper, very easy fit.

Nope, it's the Autobahn sideskirts.. .and stock Aero rear for the RX-8. I didn't like the MS rear, and I didn't want to use the Autobahn rear since it's made for the quad exhaust (I may still get it down the road)... so ya. The Wing is still the same old Ings+1 wing.

I think the only reason I'm gonna order the MS front end is that is seems to sit a little lower. I think the Autobahn kit would look great for a car with coilover (lower stance) setup. The MS kit screams out for a stance reduction as well, but there seems to be more room for a drastic drop with the Autobahn.

MS kit is great too, but there are so many copies and real kits out there, I wanted to try something different. Besides, the lines of the car looks really nice, almost how it 'should' have been. More aggressive than the MS kit, but not ricey either. Considering both are about the same price once you paint and install the Autobahn bumper, it's more of a matter of aesthetics. If this bumper gets really thrashed, I'm going to get the Real MS front bumper... even though the INGs+1 was my original kit that I wanted. But lately more and more people has it, so I decided to take my chances with something different.

I wanted to keep my fogs...and I didnt want the hassle of making a brackwt to work with the autobahn kit...I agree with you on getting something others dont have.
I've seen the replica MS kit...and I haven't been too impressed with the fitment/gaps (body lines), especially with the rear piece. Side skirts seem to match up pretty well.
I'm hoping in spending the extra money on the true kit will have better luck with matching up the gaps/

So where are the Thursday meets now? Heard the old location is gone because the security/police have said to go away... due to the music blasting too loud and reving of the engines.

Heres what the rewire looks like...
Devilzero, can I just bring your photos on a CD at the next meet. You took over 60 megs of pictures.
1st picture: Fogs and running lights
2nd picture: Just the fogs
3rd picture: Everything

i dont think because it was the music and reving motors. we didnt even Rev when the security was around! anyways, the last last last meet that cop came and we had our music on, but he was totaly nice about it! the cops this time were just plain ********. i have plan though! we are all going to buy drinks from Pat and Oscars, which means we are customers!!!! and when the cops and security comes, we can say "hey we came here to eat, (shows the cup and or receipt) i dont think they want PAt and oscars to loose business. my other plan is asking the manager if we can hang out on their property after hours..ill do that tomorow....
rasp: my wiring isnt crapy on my Sounds! the fuses blew out b/c i was sucking up too much juice! i used the other type of fuse today, the competition power fuse, they look like flat cards. and it solved my problems =) 100Amps, no more blown fuse! =) next week we can have the bump off again!

Why are you drawing 100 amps? It doesn't take 100 amps to start you car. I'm not saying that your wiring sucks, if it did, the fuse would have blowen instantaneously. What I am trying to say is that your set up is not very efficient, which is fine, some of the best systems in the world are inefficient. Mark Levinson and Bose are prime examples. The bottom line is that, the more power you draw, the harder it is on your cars electrical system. I would highly recommend putting another cap in your trunk.
What was your overall conclusion of the bump off? Considering i'm the only one that said anything about it, I figured you guys didn't care.
So is it cool if I bring the pictures next week? Do you still want me to pick up a marine circuit breaker for you?

yeah i guess so, Yellow top should solve my problem! unless a red top will work the same? does anyone know? i knoe the Red top has more power, but is it suited for the sound systems? i can get one for about 80 bucks on a 35/75DT @ my work Pep Boys

But remember, you'll still have that load going through your power wires. A better battery will help your electrical system, but it won't affect the size of the fuse you need, unless you put the battery in the trunk as a second power source. (which would pretty much make it a cap)
