I went, I was the only 8...well at least when I showed up at 9:15. Just the EVo guys, and a splattering of other vehicles. Nothing to be excited about...didn't even take the camera out of the car. Left around 10:00. Ho-hum.

Just meet for the monthly meet coming up on June 4th. Usually there are more Rotarys, and even a cruise here and there. Besides, nicer to take pix during the daylight.

I think it is because we had too many meets going on. People can't possibly make it to everything. Besides the next one is on Saturday next week. That's the one most people go to anyhows.

Since the person that started this Thursday meet thing no longer has his 8, it's harder for anyone to take charge and organize this.

It is a nice RX3.

We need to find a place that is close to the majority of the members that consistently show up.

Well it is close though... since it's an OC Meet, most of the members that started it are from the OC. If we start heading to LA, defeats the purpose of an OC meet right?

Besides the border of OC is Cerritos/Artesia area ...

sorry to hi jack this thread but i had to tell you guys.....if you ever plan on eating at RED Robin right next to SUPER AUTOBACs DO NOT bring your car. Me and my friend w/ a 350z decide to park right next to each other at the restaurant (not doing anything flashy or showing off, just driving normally.) because we thought it would just be nice to be able to cruise down there and eat for his birthday. Well after dinner we started walking out, our cars were just a disaster. they must have used a whole carton on our cars because there were egg shells everywhere. you guys should have seen the look on our faces. good thing i sped all the way home and got the egg off before it got really stuck on there. i Started washing my car at 11:45pm and just barely finished at 1:30am. Thanks to Zaino show car wash everything came off and no scratches and dents. As for my friend, he wasnt so lucky. He had some scratches and a small little indent. The worst part is i just washed my car yesterday. oh well. Sucks that there are haters like that still out there....im just glad we didnt get our cars keyed, that would have been depressing.

well that suxs..i just tune my car again at my friends shop and my car is running a strong 235whp and 164 tor...but my mpg went to hell again still pulling aobut 180-200 full tank lol...so no more OC meet???but anywho is it hard to take off the front bumper??

They say it's actually not very hard to remove the front bumper. Many people have been doing it lately to install the Revi intake system.

Dionne posted another thread... the "Holy Crap!!" And said the next meet is June 9th at Cocos in Cerritos again.

Other meet is the June 4th Saturday 11am Tustin Marketplace (In N Out Parking area) meet.

So people have two choices in the OC.

yeah he said 235whp...so i belived him...i'm going back to him this weekend to test it out...all he did was reprogram the ecu and o2 sen...raised my rpm about another 100..i'm just happy if i get another 5whp oh it...but i said he could get 235...so i'm going to find out..if not their going to be some *** kicking..

Sounds like there is three options...I thought the Torrance meet was the 4th as well? I thought you asked that we go with you to that one...I was making plans to do so...whats up?

Depends on where you would like to go to. Both are options. If I were to go, I'd go to Torrance this time only because it would be a change of pace... post where you would like to meet. Either one would still have members attending.

Both are SoCal RX meet spots....and both are at the same exact time. So you'll have to make a decision on where you want to go. I, for one, can't make up my mind. Both are equally as far from my house, and I haven't been to either events yet. I have gone to Tustin on the Thursday nights, but these were EVO/STi nights that we just showed up to. The Saturday events should be 7's and 8's. Dont know whether they just stand in the parking lot, or whether they go on a cruise. Anyone been to the Tustin or Torrance meet...can anyone explain what typically happens on these Saturday meets? How long it last? etc.....
