I think there may be another one of those shows at the Autobac shop on Beach Blvd again this Thursday. I think Outlaw may know more about this..but with the site's email notification system down, it may be a bad week to try and get info around. This was a cool event last month. Not many of us 8's showed up, because it was on the opposite week of our meet, but it would be cool to show up in more force.

I think the Autobacs is the last 3rd Thursday of the month. Should be fine for a Cocos meet this week... besides Mikelikestodrive said he would show up, so that's one new person. Where's Robertdot these days?

Make it the Target Parking lot if we're not going to eat at Cocos... at least this way we can choose some L&L Hawaiian grub or some other food across the street. They can't really kick us out of a parking lot that big.

Ok it's the 3rd Thursday of the month... next one happening June 16th. This is for the Autobacs meet if you would like to show up. Free Raffle, just sign up. Seems pretty busy so showing up earlier may be better. It's an interesting meet since lots of fixed up cars.. if that isn't for you, then still meet up to chat Red Robins/the Hawaiian place, a small Boba place to eat..etc.

well, if Rasp is in, then I'm definately coming. I have some questions about your computer and the possibility of doing something similar in my car. I'm not sure which way I want to go...but I want to do something for music storage. I'm throwing around the idea of just Ipod'ing and getting an FM adaptor, but I'm concerned that playing tunes this way may sound bad.

Rasp, do you think it would be worth the trouble of installing something of a smaller version of what you got for music? I liked the idea of the touch screen overlay as well..and I liked the nav system you had. Lets talk Thursday if you have time. Thanks.

Alright, I realized that the power or peer pressure is intense, and this seemed to work well in organizing the Torrance meet last Saturday.

Oh, and by the way...the meet is tonight. I just realized that...its been a hard week at work.

I work in San Diego now. it's too much of a commute after that.

That's why I go to the Tustin meet on Thursday.

It was nice meeting up with you Mike..too bad we couldn't get more to show up for you. Maybe you'll enjoy going down to the Autobach show next Thursday in Stanton. PM outlaw or myself for more information, but it looks like showing up early would be a good thing. Maybe 7:00 for me...7:30? I know that outlaw had talked about going down early and maybe eating at Red Robin or something.

You'll also have an opportunity to meet up with other 8 owners in Tustin on Thursday nights as well. Usually showing up there around 845 is good for that one. Anyways, good luck on the finals and reports....oh, I remember those days (barely since it was so long ago...).
