well you see, in the STOCK Auto rx-8s i have 5 more rotors on each wheel.

5 rotors on each wheel x 4 wheels on the car = +20 rotors.

suckers

look at my current avatar for rim verification

yeah, you can take azusa straight north and it'll turn into twisties...
Make a right on East Fork to get to Glendora Mountain Road and that will lead you down to Route 66.
It's a really fun low-speed canyon run....

There's also Angeles Crest more west which is alot more high speed than GMR, but it's alot farther too.

But really, I know the plan was to go up and get Snow pics...but we really haven't had that much rain. Anyone who is inot thew snow sports know if they are making enough snow up there yet to make it worth a drive up there?

I wonder if there is snow in Malibu...we are going next weekend peoples.

Zaino is the best wax / polish I have ever used. The stuff is just awesome!

The first time you zaino your car you have to clay bar it. (thank goodness I don't have to do that today...)

Today I'm putting on:

1 layer of Z5 Show Car Polish
1 layer of Z2 Pro Polish
In between the Z2 & Z5 I spray it with some Z6 Ultra Gloss Enhancer Also one last coat when I'm all done.

It sounds like a lot of work but it really isn't...most of the time I'm just waiting for it to dry and messing around on the forums.

The car ends up SO smooth and Shiny at the end.

Me shell keep telling me it's time to clay bar again..... damn... I hate doing that.

we were in big bear all weekend, and no it is not photo worthy. maybe by the time our meet comes up, but as of now, not its not photo ready.

as for the runs and out meets. please keep in mind that this in a San Bernardino meet. try to keep the runs a little closer. I think meeting in San Bernardino, and then driving to Irwindale to START the run is a little much.

I think maybe we should try doing the run that we did on our second meet. (you 8 people have not done it. Riicio any myself were the only 8s at that time) freeway drive is about like when we take that road off the 15. (chevron exit) Vipers. MeShell you know what I am talking about.

yah, not that much snow. Strange day today, with all the winds down here...made for some clear shots down the hill. Can't always plan that.

Speed, you ever thought of blue lugs for your new wheels....would go nice with the yellow/blue setup you have going..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-LI...31261004QQrdZ1

or, how bout some blue strakes?

Yes I have thought about the blue lugs, and I do intend to get them at some point. but no I do not want blue strakes. I think that would look bad. I want the silver ones. color sceme is Yellow, Blue, AND Silver.

Hey guys, I just checked the SOLO2 web site. the nex practice already opened up. it is a little differant then normal. they are going to run it PRO SOLO style.
they have two track mirror imaged of each other. two cars run at a time. are we interested. if so, I am guessing we need to send in the checks today!

80 entrys, $50 to run.

It has been open for a few days.... I doubt you will get in at this point, but it never hurts to try. It seems like if you dont send it in the first day it is open you are out of luck. San Diego on the other hand takes a week or more to fill up, you just have to be a member to get in.
