Not to bring up a sore subject for Jesse but remember his car caught on fire and he was January. I mean he wasnt an 8 but a 7 and that is still a rotary.

yeah that sucked..... just got home at 10:30.....

all well, the cool part is.

8 hours regular pay
4 hours time and a half
1.5 hours double time.

not very often I get to do that.

tell me about it... i don't think i've had a worse, utterly-exhausting week. first, i had to wake up extra early a couple of times to deal w/ car issues- which not only made me extra tired but also ended up being a big waste of time- since the dealer totally denied everything and the auto detailer guy never even emailed me the quote as he promised. i also had 2 important projects to complete at work, plus untimely fatal hardware failures on both a robotic tape library and a critical server as well- which forced me to pull a 14+ hour day wednesday. and, as a thank u for all the hard work, my bosses just keep piling on more work without even any thanks. but despite all that, the saddest part is at the end of the day i look & sit inside my 8 and can't even begin to understand how it got screwed up so badly in such a ridiculous, unbelievable way. <sigh> well, i'm totally exhausted & frustrated & depressed. and, now that i think about it, i'm not really in any mood to go driving. so, i think i'm going to cancel all my weekend activities, rest, and then try to figure out what to do once i feel like myself again. so, i'm sorry i can't make it tomorrow.

sorry to hear that detrich maybe you could take jedi advice? i got probelms of my own, i might as well vent now since everyone else is doing it. I have been steady hard looking at homes and we ahve lost 2 we tried to get already. on top of that my computer internet connection went down and so did my router i believe. so my wifes computer is the only one working. i would hook up the xbox but i have afraid i would loose the one good connection i have, it already happened one. i do am working extra but just an hour everyday to try to get up some extra dough for the inital buying of the house. Any way things are slowly gettign down and i think i will be gong to the meet today. So cheer up it cant be bad for ever.

ok that made me think of their tv commercial and laugh.

thanks loren. i hope your home buying goes better too. it can be very grueling, time consuming, and emotionally draining. so, it's good to mentally prepare for the process and work w/ a good realtor. there are a few guys in the club w/ experience & background in re- like damon, jorge etc. so, u might want to tap into that resource.

insurance costs greatly vary depending where u live. so, i've found it best to get 4 or 5 diff quotes and then compare how good their service is. for 2 cars with 90/60/90 full comp coverage w/ a $500 deductible my annual is $1600 w/ mercury. in comparison, geico quoted me around $1780, aaa $1950, and state farm like $2100. but, there are some ppl who live in other areas where the numbers are the opposite.
