That would be great if everyone could help...I looked into it today. I'm not sure if I'm going to get them because I don't really have a count of how many people would help out. They would be full color with a cool pic of the group on front and then black and white on the back with the details. So if we could try to get a count of how many people would like to help out that would be great. Thanks!

Count Kwescott and I in. I know there are many times we have been out and seen a fellow 8 in the parking lot and thought "Damn! wish we had a business card or something"

Sorry KWescott - you have been volunteered. No backing out now. :p

Lasper, ne I didnt get the engine..... big suprise. it's a long story, maybe this weekend, but i doubt it. We use avery Vinyl it's a good name brand that seems to last, but any will do but no guarentee on how it will last. :p .

Red Baron,...... man i am getting tire of telling everyone "hey i dshould be getting my engine soon" and then not getting it. this guy is making me look like an idiot. You know it's been 10 months now. The deal was that he does this on his own time, but damn...... come on. (there is more detail to it, ill tell you in person)

EVERYONE ELSE....... i am trying to keep this week and weekend open as much as i can for banners, and caliper painting. if you want to jump on the band wagon, pretty much anytime os ok for banners, just let me know you are wanting to come over..... for the calipers, it apperars we are having a caliper painting party on Saturday. i suggest getting here in the morning if you can, this gives time and heat for the paint to dry (although i did mine at night and it was like 20 below)

I need help!

I'll start by asking in this thread, before moving on to the multimedia/photo threads.

I need quality pictures of Mazda/Rotary related stuff.

Specifically, pictures of different items alone.
Like the rotary pics that lesper put on the sample business card.
Those things would be perfect, just bigger. I'm working on changing all the icons and background pics on my mp3 player.

Here's a sample of what someone did with the same type of player but using a Ferrari theme.

He only has cars on his theme, but I'd like to have some rotary stuff too.
Also, the RX-8 emblem alone if anyone has that.

Any help would be appreciated.
You can either pm the attachments, or post them here, or email me at cesar(at)cesaralaniz(dot)com

Thanks

Ok so Cesar, snowfl8k, kwescott and lesper4 are the ones so far that said they would help out right??? I'm just trying to keep track. If I named your name and you can't that’s cool just let me know. I'm just going to be taking donations. So anything would help.....Like lasper4 said even a $1 :D j/k

Like I said last time it's going to be a full color pic of one of the meets. Then on the back it'll be black and white with our details on back. It's going to cost me $140.
Casey can you post the pic that we want to use?

No problem...I love volunteering for stuff. Even more, I love volunteering others. So no problem. We'll just double your contribution and we'll both be covered :P

I agree...since there probably isn't more that 200 8's in the whole area. The only way we would run out of cards is if we ended up putting it on the same cars over and over again. We just have to be careful not to just place them on windshields. It would be better if we actually talked to the owner to see if they were interested, and then hand them a card. It's more personal that way.

I think if all the everyone (the regulars) donate $20/person we should have enough...

or maybe even if everyone donates even $15 it should be enough.

just an idea

yeah, it's all up to you guys, Michelle is going to pay for them, and she is accepting donations from anyone that wants to help, if your not interested, then don’t worry about it...... I don’t think she was PLANNING on anyone paying, nor is she making donations mandatory, or expecting a certain amount (I guess that wouldn't be considered a donation huh?) but of course, (and obviously) donations are welcome. :p

except for Vipers..... Vipers HAS to contribute. (I said so) :p ..... I am thinking $200 from Vipers :D

I actually gave them info on a place that can do 1000 for $90 with full color glossy on one side and black on the otherside. We may end up going that route, but I'm sure Speeddemon32 will let us know.
