joking ...OK kc thank you for reminding me about my little mis hap. now members I am going to tell a story that well leave you guys say "no Fing way", and I will also leave the marks for you guys to see it next meet....I may even have to put this story on {Riplies Believe It or Not} last week friday I was visiting one of my properties, to check to see if the handymay did what he got paid for...the time was like.. 11.00am the sun was up .. I mean blazing hot...at this time I came out the car.. and I kind of hate opening and closing the doors every minutie so I left them up.....while in the house..I wanted to check somthing on the net.so I went to my car got my laptop.. and started searching for non secured wirless in the area,, yaaa I found one....while in the garage.. looking up stuf with my stolen internet connection...ok I have to be honest... I was flicking between my business.. and www.thehun.net web site..but anywayzzzzz... while doing that.... somthing told me to look out the door at my car....ok ok .. honeslty a hot babe was walking past looking at my car... and just as I was about to say dammm she is hot....I saw smoke.. In my mind I said whaaaa.. but comming back to reality.... it was my car smoking.. yes members it was my carrrrrr smokingggg... at this point I could not believe what I was seeing.. so I went in closer to take a close look.. and my F%$% dash was bruning up....now hold on to your seats people... the f#$#^ dash was melting... when I looked closely.... when the doors was open.. it was forming a mirror with the sun causing that..magnifyling effect.. and there was this.. thin penitrating bean strainght on the spot.. well to cut a long *** story short.. my tint is a weapon.. maybe I should go park my car.. infront the bank.. and burn a hole in the valut huh.. jedi54?....well there is my little event.. KC you thing they would digest this..?

Jason, that story just burned another hole in your pocket. I hope the damage was not too bad. I doubt this is something that can be addressed under warranty and I know that dash clusters are expensive...Maybe we'll just have to carbon fiber your whole dash now.

Question #1...KC, you working on your car this weekend. Do you need any assistance, or assistants?
Question #2...Jason, what do we still have to install on your car. I think there was the foglight brackets, short shifter...was that all. You make any decisions on what you want to do about those side skirts. It seems that we/you're gonna need some assistance because of those extra brackets the body shop that did your doors added on. I think we could probably figure something out...maybe if we start working during the day we'd have some daylight to see what's going on under there. I'm also not certain what your work schedule looks like, or when you would have time to finish the car. I would like to help you finish things. Where would we be doing the installs...are your parts still over at KC's?

I can't wait to the next monthly meet
it looks like we going to have some new people.
So do's anyone have plans on Sunday? We are going out to Pomona to watch the BIG rotary’s
(and the other imports) run 
. We wish we could run but it's just not going to be possible . This way we get to watch the racing. It's going to be $20 and we are going to get there at 10am and normally it's over at 5pm. If your interested let use know maybe we could meet before. See you guys soon.

Kwescott, we are going to work on the car tomorrow. Jason is coming to help. if you are wanting to come down and help, you are more then welcome to. (you'll even get to hear her. :D
i think we are going to start about 12:00. i figure if we dont have it figured out around 5 or so we will stop. i dont want to be up all night working on it.
as michelle stated we will be going to the NHRA Sport Compact Races on Sunday. if anyone wants to come and support your rotary powered race cars, and see them in person, give me a call and we can meet up out there.... or on the way out.
let me tell you, there is nothing like hearing the sound of a 6 second import, those wastgates give me chills everytime i hear them!

Jason, Keith Don't forget about the 8 at sevenstock that had the blue dash/interior that would be a definate (sp) possibility, any colors in mind other then carbon fiber. I would like to go to the drags with you guys. Perfect timing since it is my Bye week...well, not my bye week, but the Patriots bye week. No football for me.

Hey keith, how are you glad you got my message, I though I had the wrong number till I heard.."you have reached keith at the Pentagon" then I said yes I got him.. lol.. .well concerning ther skirt.. I talked to the body shop they will do it for me...but this time they call me what they can start on it... I am not goign to leave my car there at all...tilll they call and say.. we are ready for you now... been through that with them my car is not goign to sit and not do anything there... concernin the fog lamps.. there is somthing about the flush gril I like.. and I may not even put it on... so if you know somone who can use it they are more that welcome to have it....
Ohhhh memebers I messed up my short shifter.... hey kc when you installed yours.. did you look at the both of them to see if they was the same?.. mine work ok till it was time to go in reverse...them stupiut me.. decided to swap the plasting below to see f it would fit better...
the **** broke.. but anyway.. I put back in my stock one.. do you thing I can get that plastic to buy...it is the part that goes down in the moving part below...?...I will walk with it... and if you say yes I will just go get it.. and put it in there.. but anyways...yes 12.00 noon sounds great...it will be great to see alot of the guys there..

actually it is not that bad ou will see it when you meet us at kc today.. I caught it.. when it started the smoke was coming some solvent that that i rub on my dash to protect it..and the dash just started....so there is not a hole .. just a smothhhhh spot.. you will see it today.. hope you make it..bring you next half up ther too.....
