Set the date.
I am always down for a Palomar run.
With enough notice I can ususally get about a dozen people in on a mountain run.
Or if you want to go for an extended cruise, there are a bunch of cool roads all over those hills.

Starting location: Jack in the box at: 6350 Ramsey, Banning, CA 92220 on Sunday December 14th leaving at noon.
We are driving up over idyllwild, then through the hills to fallbrook, then back to my place for food. The whole drive should be around 100 miles from the starting point to finish. So far we have 5 MR2's and 1 RX8.

That is okay, there are a ton of cool cruises in the hills north of San Diego. We can always change it up every now and then to shake the bad element.

I can help get it goin, but my next few weekends are booked.
Dyno day in Murrieta on Saturday the 6th (open event)
Cruise from PS to here on the 14th (Open Event with food)
Then the Holidays kick in (Family only)
And once January Kicks in we have the Rosa's meet (MMMmm Rosas tacos!!!)
What day did you have in mind?

Maybe we should make it part of the Rosa's meet. We normally do a cruise afterwards, but it is in a part that has no weekend traffic on it.
Palomar on the weekends is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Too many tourists and Harleys on the weekend.
Still a fun cruise, just SLOW!!!!
The evenings are fine during the summer when the sun stays out till almost 9pm. But nite driving is not that fun, especially for any passengers.
If you ever want to set up a cruise through those hills, let me know. There are a few locals here who are always down for some twisties.

I'd be down if it was sometime in mid-late January. I'll be getting the car around the 10th, and hope to meet other rotary/motory enthusiasts around SD. I'll be bone stock and still learning the car's characteristics, so will most likely be kickin' it in the back with the automatics .
