Phoenix Emissions Question

Phoenix Emissions Question Answered
I passed emissions without my cat. They didn't smell a thing...
I recently moved to the Surprise/Phoenix area and I need to pass an emission test to register my car. I wanted to know if anyone has experience with the Westgate testing center and a catless car. I have the cat in my garage and I will most likely just put it back on before I go. However, I've been reading they just do an OBD2 test and I have Versatuner, so no CELs. I've read about people passing w/o cats, but my question is, don't they notice the smell? My car stinks and I feel like they wouldn't need to plug in anything to know I'm catless.
Anyone in my area have any insight?

77 cylinders, 4 rotors...
Not sure of that station specifically, but all my recent tests on OBD2 cars in the Valley were non-sniffer. You may get a do-gooder who does otherwise, but its never happened to me, and I have quite few (too many) cars in the Family Fleet.
