POSITIVE: Folks at AutoRnD Milpitas, Ca

Most people are quick to complain when things go wrong and seldom praise when things are good but I want to take the time to really give my gratitude to the people that work at autoRnD (Rishie, Dana, Josh, Mike). They took a good amount of their time out of their day to help me out today and prove that they are literally more than just a company that sells wheels.

Today I went to AutoRnD in milpitas to finally get a new set of coilovers. I was running on JIC FLTA S coilovers and was interested in getting some zeals instead. Sat down and talk to Rishie about other brands he crunch the numbers got me a good deal on the zeals and I agreed and we were good to go.

So 45 minutes passed, and my coilovers were on with the ride height adjusted to preffered specs. Then I was escorted to an allignment shop that they were linked with and got my settings done, and escorted back. Then found out that they couldn't get my car on the ramp, I was escorted there again, and back, and Dana took the bumper off and was escorted forth and back again. Finally it got done and the end result is that I've got a great set of coilovers at a great deal, but the impressive part is the labor department being as busy as they were they took the time to get it done without taking any shortcuts. The whole staff down the line was involved and made sure everything was done right even though phones were ringing off the hook.

This was my third time involved with autoRnD. My brother bought a set of grams light from them and we were called as soon as they arrived (which was a matter of a week or so). Second time was to troubleshoot and dial my suspension in and right after they worked on it I got a personal phone call from Rishie himself to make sure I was happy with everything. Each time there really hasn't been any dissapointment and quite honestly I would've been satisfied with less.

Great part is they have a class staff, just tell it like it is good people that won't gouge you on labor. I've experience places that run with a staff three times there size and still can't get it right. Bottom line is doesn't matter what you're planning on doing to your car just do yourself a favor and drop by autoRnD tell them what you want and they will help you get there whether it's about performance, wheels ,footwork tuning, they are the one stop shop for everything. So once again props to Rishie, Dana, Josh, and Mike.

Yeah, I like those guys. Very nice and always trying to get you the greatest deal possible. They took care of me when I wanted my stock springs swapped out with what I have now. I have no complaints about them and I would definitely take my car to them again (that is...when I have more money to mod!).

Thanks guys for the positive reviews. It's what we live for. Making our peoples happy. As time passes we are adding more and more labor services. It's good for you guys that we started out as wholesalers and are now moving into retail services. THis means you get your parts really cheap and secondly can get them installed at the same place.

Thanks, Rishie
