hey guys, i happen to work at a korean bbq restauraunt in fullerton right across the street from cal state fullerton. my boss is really into cars and so are all of my co-workers. he owns a 2jz-gte swapped gs300 currently receiving a FAT *** SINGLE turbo setup. well anyway our parking lot is quite large, it can accomodate roughly 30-40 cars so i was wondering if you guys wanted to just check out rides and have some great korean all you can eat bbq, feel free to respond here in this thread if you are interested.

a discount may be in order if the group is large enough.

what a great response! alot more people have shown interest than i originally thought. im thinking maybe sometime next week after around 5-6pm. either friday, sat, or sun night whichever is good for you guys. please list the night that would be best for you.

 

I'm definitely down to go. Any oppurunity to come down to OC and see my girl, check out some cars, and eat some korean BBQ all in one day is a definite must in my book.

 

I'm game too... but the traffic would be nuts on a friday night. :P Too bad it can't be a Saturday/Sunday lunch meet, that way we can see all of our cars in the bright sun.

 

hehe........well i usually work on saturday/sunday lunch shift. i get off @ around 4pm so maybe it could be a little after that but that might be traffic time.

if the meet is @ like 7:3-8-00pm ish do you guys still perceive traffic being an issue?

 

then there wouldnt be light to see any of the cars

 

how about 4pm then on a Sat or Sun? There should still be light, yet hungry enough afterwards to eat.

the date will be set for sunday night april 11th @ 7:00pm. i made it on sunday because the response seemed to favor a weekend night meet, and i wanted the biggest turn out possible.

(the restauraunt is right by cal state fullerton. it is on the corner of st. college and chapman it is a large green roofed building with a sign in front that says KIM-CHI BBQ BUFFET. to get here you will have to take either the 57 or 91 freeway, smack dab in the middle of fullerton.)

NOTE: normal dinner price at our restauraunt is $15.99 per each adult. kinda pricey but excellent as far as all you can eat korean bbq goes. ill try and see if my boss can give us a good discount for all the rotary pimps maybe no tax, free drinks. if the overall consensus is that this is too expensive than maybe we can meet at the restauraunt then eat somewhere else? however i feel that everybody is willing to shell out a little scratch for some BOMB KOREAN BBQ!
