Powder Coating Wheels

anyone know any shops around SF that do powder coating? I want to powder coat my wheels to ORANGE
most people told me to paint it but I want a more smooth and durable finish against rock chip and brake dust.

I had some RPF1s powdercoated by Westcoast Powdercoating in South SF near the airport. Its a bit more expensive than other places, but you pay for good quality. It came out looking GREAT. Here is their number - (650) 871-0400

should be 250 a piece, and i think its fair. $250 for a set would be a steal. and i wouldn't trust it!

250 for all 4 sounds about right. Back when I got my race car frames powder coated it was done around 300'ish, and that's a lot bigger of a job contrast to doing 4 wheels.

I was recommended to go to Riteway wheel in walnut creek. They charged me $800 for the set, included straightening, stripping, fixing all the curb rash and powder coating, plus mounted and balanced my new tires. There is no way they are charging $250 for the set. Plus they have to pull the tires and mount and balance when done.

So is it confirmed, $250 for all 4? That is really cheep. I could understand painting a set for $250 when the tires are off and not stripping or refinishing the wheels. However, powder coating requires the wheels be stripped first and you wont want to powdercoat them unless you fix any imperfections first.
