Anyone in Vegas get the recall service done? I have to take mine in and still haven't decided whether to take it to Magic or Peoples... i know that they are all under one owner, but one has to be better than the other...i'd like to get an idea 'cuz i'll probably ask for a loaner under the Mazda program (have other things to get done too)...any suggestions? Thanks in advance

 

i take my ca to magic, its closer and they have good customer service, havent had any problems with them, then again mine wasnt recalled

Not yet... but my VIN falls under Group 1... so, i'm assuming i'll get mine soon.

 

Magic does not require a recall letter however the only recall/tsb that they are currently doing is for the gas tank. Magic does not give you a loner for a one day shot and they currently are only taking four hours to complete the gas tank fix.

The suspension problem / recall / tsb is still a little time away as the local dealers do not have any fix kits.

 

I had recall work done at Courtesy in Henderson. Acutally, I brought it in for an oil change and the VIN came up with a recall/tsb so they gave me a loaner for the couple of hours they needed to do the oil change and flash. Overall, it was a good experience.
