Our RX8 got smacked in the rear quarter in the parking lot. Anyone have a good shop in SD or know of ones to avoid?

Had a fair deal at Triple A Auto Body 1420 Morena Blvd. there are several on this side street 1 block North of Sea World Dr. Ask for a detailed breakdown if it's an insurance repair. I did my own longhand breakdown based on Angel's verbal and he gave me a "better" deal ( if my memory serves me ). If it's your own pocketbook consider getting a referal in TJ. I couldn't take the time for that so was very happy to deal with someone I perceived as honest. It's been about a year, thou.

SDCS in Chula Vista and La Jolla Autobody are the two best independent shops in the area. John Hine Mazda has a pretty competent body shop as well. All three will be on the pricier end of things but will do the job right the first time and will have a decent turn around time.
