Recommended OC Area Dealer Service?

Can anyone recommend a good dealer service department in the Costa Mesa area? I've visited a couple since buying my 8 about 2 weeks ago, but wanted to hear about your personal experiences. Thanks!

Update: I had my oil changed yesterday at Browning Mazda in Cerritos. I'd be leary of that place! I noticed the overal feel of the car was different while driving back. It turns out they put over a quart too much oil in it. They didn't seem to believe me until I had them check it for themselves, then they went into "super aplogetic mode"

The search continues.....

I've had good experiences with Tustin Mazda.
Gilbert @ the Service Department is a good guy.

I can second the recommendation for Tustin Mazda. They're pretty good. The bodyshop there is also very good if you ever should need bodywork.... let's hope not!

Yeah, if you go to Tustin, make sure you don't go on a Monday. They're super busy on Mondays and it's Gilbert's usual day off.
You don't want to deal with the service manager Jennifer....she can be a bitch at times.

She is very firm and fair but I've seen her get "bitchy" with some customers. Not a big deal though, she's still a sweetheart in my book.
Hmm, now if only she'd call me back about my new brakes. (getting TSB done, waiting for parts)

Someone said she went to another dealership because they'd moved her out of the Service Dept and had her in the lobby answering phones?? (so goes the story)

Think she might be at Orange Mazda? ( I forget...)

Must be a tiny *** dealership because I'd never heard of it until today either.

I did a search on mazdausa.com and that's what it came up with.

Tustin Mazda

I've been taking my 8 to Tustin Mazda for the last 2 years. I had my 8 in there for warranty work and one of the guys backed my car up to something. Then they tried to hide it from me. But, overall they took care of the problem and a few freebies.

Gilbert or Bob is cool. Jenn, she can be a little moody at times but her looks make up for it..lol

Mary is a Mazda of Orange. Nice gal, but I got screwed over with the "Could not Duplicate" BS with my front brake squeaking.
