if you work or live near Mazda of Orange, just swing in there the next time your brakes are squealing. Tell Mary to go for a drive with you and they can hear the brakes.
then just schedule a time to leave your car with them.

danielk015 (and anyone else):

Only had one service experience with Phillips, and it was very positive. Went in for first oil change and about 8 really minor squawks. They couldn't dup two, but fixed the rest just fine, shuttled me to Irvine, and back (never had a dealer do that before!) to a freshly-washed car ready to go -- no charge. Future changes are $14 for the life of the car (bought it there), and they said they'd ride with next time if I still hear the little rattles.

No service experience with Irvine Mazda, but their salesman was such a ******** I walked out on him within minutes. If they'll employ a guy like that up front, the folks in the back must be real royalty of the underworld.

I'll leave Jason's hotness factor to y'alls' personal judgment, but he takes care of his customers.

THanks Sun for the reply. I am looking at a used 05 GT to buy from them, but they wont budge from the listed price.

Mine's a used '05 GT as well, bought in late March. Ask for Koysta, the tall Russian gentleman -- he's there to do business. Really laid-back personality, but solid on what he can and can't do for you.

(A couple folks there haven't cracked the code yet: We went in previously and the salesman wouldn't even pull a Miata next to a Solstice for my girlfriend so she could compare 'em. She got her Miata elsewhere, and I almost didn't go back there to look at 8's...)

Cool. I am working with a guy by the name of bijon. I think they paid too much for this car in some type of trade in. How much did you get yours for and what was the coloar, mileage and any packages?
