roof top overlay

hi guys,

am looking for any volunteer who would like their rx-8 rooftop blacken (gloss back or matt black). of course this is free. i need someone near the arcadia, california area. the car needs to have a sunroof on it.

i made one on the celica so this will give you an idea as to what am making for the rx8:





i can make this for other cars too like. just shoot me a PM'ed

i'd rather have a vinyl overlay if i am curious than to have it painted and permanent. just me...

i would like a CF overlay, or even a Cf sunroof even tho you wouldnt be able to see thru it.
like this one for crx's (which are NOT glass to begin with)

i guess thats a good solution to people who want a safer and possibly ligher car to track or race with.

i can make the cf vinyl overlay for that. i have someone who volunteered. i'll let you know how it goes this weekend.

it isn't paint.... it is vinyl which can be removed anything. this vinyl has uv protection and it is made to last up to 5 years.

haha im interested getting the matte black, been wanting to do this for a while now, but your the only white 8 with the black going all the way across,

i will try to get to one of these meets soon, timing has been really bad lately with the job =\ if there is 626 meet it will be dope haha, walnut is kind of far but i still try to go whenever i can

btw are you gonna tint ur windows?

I can make a true CF sunroof (glass replacement) once I tool back up (just moved to Arizona) for a few hundred $ (Don't see it being over $250 or so). I only use UV Resistant Epoxy (Marine Grade).

i like clear vision

but may be i will change my mind in summer
