Looking at doing a RX-8 run here in Las Vegas Nevada. Please post a good time and date for you. I have to work weekends but I know most are off.
What I had in mind is we can all meet up or start our run at West Charleston Blvd by Town Center Dr. Then drive through Red Rock Canyon. Ending at Starbucks on South Rainbow Blvd.
Anyone have better suggestions; IE: dinner drink BBQ ect, please post them. This is a start.

Sat. I gotta smoke my taillights, and possible shave my doors..

Sun. I gotta fix my side skirt, from hitting the curve.. (LOL)

Mon. I gotta take my car to Mazda to fix my alignment, from hitting the curve.. (LOL)

Tues. Car goes into paint..

Wed. Car will still be there at <a href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=11&k=the%20body%20shop" onmouseover="window.status='the body shop'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">the body shop</a>..

Thurs. StreetFaction meet on Eastern & Warm Springs, but a lot of times we headout down to Sahara & Jones meet.

What day and time is good for you guys?? Also Sabrina, can meet up with us as well..

mrongero sounds good I need to get out an have a drink. I have been sick just getting over the bug. Armxn, no need to rush bro I still have not got my car out of the shop yet. I'll try to round up some 8's I think I can get somewhere around 7-9 RX-8's. Keep you all posted.

 

Well, change of plans. I went to my body shop today, talked to my guy and I'm taking my car in on Monday at 9am for paint and I probably won't get it back for a week.

 

I'll be there, just tell me where and when...well at least i'll try to be there...mondays and fridays im at school until almost 8 pm and tuesday, thursday, and friday I work at Nissan (yes i know, Nissan sucks...im well aware of that...u have no idea how hard it is lookin at stupid 350Z's all day)...anyways, I work at Nissan until 5...thursdays I go over to Sahara and Jones usually from 9ish until it gets 2 cold or until we have something better to do...and I might have to start working saturdays soon...

wow, I just realized how sucky my schedule is...

O and btw, how come I was the only 8 out at the DOS show tonight? I got 3rd, sucks...but w/e lol

 

We should make a meet sometime in beginning of February. Everybody figure out a day and time that's good for everyone. I just quit my job a few days ago, so I'm free until I gotta start work again.

I'm gonna be out of town all weekend, so I hope you weren't planning something this weekend.

I would like to get my new rims and tires before the drive...my rears are getting bald. Anyone have a hook up?

 

I replaced the stock oem tires with some Nitto 555 Extreme 245/40ZR-18. I bought them at Discount Tire Co. on 4840 South Jones Blvd Las Vegas, Nv 89103, If you wanna call them the number is 702-362-2995. I paid like $600 for some nice looking tires and better traction.

This weekend is too soon. I still dont have my 8 yet she's still in the shop and I need to get the T-Shirts fin. I'm thinking mid Feb like 10/Fri 11/Sat 12/Sun or 17/Fri 18/Sat 19/Sun.

 

I think, Saturday's seems to be the most likely date for everyone to meet.. But, I could be wrong.. Post a day that's good for everyone, and don't just guess either. Check your planner or whatever you got, and make a day for the RX8 drive! I'll make my open days same as Gilbert, so it'll be easier to set a date.
