RX8 duechbags in hawaii
#51
I knew many douche bag Marines when I was with the Infantry and then the Air Group, and they're mostly Non-NCOs; not to me since they know I can gave them the silver bullet.
Anyway, alnielsen never said it better!
I do miss working on my car on base/in post, the Auto Shop has car bays with a lift and basic tools you need provided that you leave your ID and pay the hourly or day charge. It's weird, I thought it's counter intuitive to lower a car in Hawaii, since I've heard that the roads there are shitty

I'm finally picking up a rx8 and im a combat engineer on oahu. I've owned a rx7 for 8 years now and i talked to a local the other day at midas. I was getting a safety and he started talking about a rx3 he used to own. At first I thought he was bs'ing me but after talkin to him for 10 minutes i picked his brain, he knew a lot about rotary engines and their mazda history. Not all guys are dicks but at my in brief we were told that a lot of locals have it out for the military here.
I was suprised to see how many military guys own rx8s on base. I think it is def a case by case basis but i wouldn't doubt that there are a lot of idiots out there. I should be getting the rx8 tuesday and I would prob talk a guys ear off if he approached me about a mazda club.

Not so much
Navy does what they do well and the Marines do what they do well......it's just not a good idea to mix the two (the list of reasons is endless) unless the Marines need a ride to war. I'm a Marine and that's my experience from working w/Navy. We just do things differently and not all Marines are like that. That's my two cents.
In the navy and possibly going to Hawaii go work on the P3s (tired of the hornet platform)if I do I'm not a douche lol looking for not *** hole douchers to chill with... and most military people get full of them selves mostly he marines that work with navy from my personal experience
