anyone think we should have a track day event just for our club? i've been to so many car club's track event, it's fun and you get to know your car better, I wanna know my 8 better and I wanna see how far it can go.......

i wanna set up a track event in winter, i perfer Thunder Hill, not very far from the bay area, price range will be 250-300, we'll probly stay there for one night(hotel) and have all the fun we could the next day. but we need at least 20 cars. anyone here interested?

Stand bye... I should be announcing an all Mazda track day @ Laguna Seca very soon. Late August date is being worked on.

Like rx8spiritR says, there is no better way to get to know your car, than a nice day at the track!

let's do it!

Also, PS2 skills are rusty. What game has Laguna Seca? Grand Turismo?

Laguna Seca is really sweet on GT3, I've seen the pics for it for GT4 and it looks even better. Not sure if the physics will change. Unfortunatly for me my PS2 has to be sent in for a repair. The dreaded Disc Read Error comes up for every game, apperently if it does this in the diagnostic mode that's equiv to a check engine light.

Laguna Seca..., too bad I'm over here in Florida!

Laguna Seca sounds great. I hope this happens. And, yea, GT3 on PS2 has Laguna Seca and its pretty good, except when the sun is in your eyes. Hey, is anyone going to the Grand Prix at Infineon? I'm heading there on Saturday the 17th of July. Last time I went, they parked me in Lot 3 with about two dozen Miatas and various other sprots cars. If we show up in force, I'm sure they will accomodate us with preferencial parking.
