Hardly anyone using 64-bit because of the compatibility issues w/ software.

Your BSOD's are conflicts in your system. Either hardware or software related.
64-bit will introduce more conflicts. They maybe issues you never encounter, depending on your hardware/software selection, but just know that there are more issues w/ running a 64-bit configuration.
On the other hand, you can load tons of RAM on a 64-bit.
Current Vista 32-bit can only see 4gb (which I think is plenty).

i know people (who know people
) who have 64 windows and they use it for renders (Revit, 3DS Max) and those programs are able to use that speed and all the memory and cores you can through at it. as for gaming i am sure that is right behind, you can never get a faster enoguh computer for gaming. then again you can never get a faster enough computer period.

Also, it's similar to the Samsung Instinct that just came out for Sprint, and they are forcing to you get a pricey plan to buy the phone.
You may want to look into what plan is required to get the Dare.
If you ever plan to use the internet, you definitely need the data plan added, because the per kilobyte usage plans will leave you broke quick.
