His LSD went out...and if you'll remember, he had that situation with his clutch where the clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel melted into one solid unit.

I think he just replaced motor mounts as well. He has had some interesting luck with his car.....

yeah... thats strange.

LSD is from all the mountain, auto cross, and track days..... it'll happen.

clutch.... thats just odd. NEVER heard of that before.

motor mounts.... yup, again, racing wil require new ones sooner.

the equidistant one killed my score because I kept thinking; equal distance from all ANGLES, instead of edges.

On a lighter note, looks like OJ got a minimum 18yrs by my count.
We were watching it live at work.
I wrote down all the numbers, most of them are served concurrent (during the same time as another) but some were consecutive terms.
He had 2 @ 15yrs (concurrent)
and 2 & 18months both consecutive.
That's 18 yrs, plus I'm sure I'm missing some stuff in there.
And, there are several shorter terms, also served concurrent so the 15yr sentence covers them all.

BTW - Those are minimum times, not eligible for parole until they are served.

I agree. I am very tired of Britney.

I listen to the radio on my way to work, and it just so happened that 99.1, and 102.7 like to do a celebrity catch-up.... man I hate that. I always change the station.

then of course 96.7 does nothing but talk talk talk. 103.9 does a lot of talking as well, but I tend to listen to them the most.

(I bounce around those 4 mostly.... that or CD).

Point of the story... I get real tired of hearing about every detail of celebrities lives..... I dont care where she was last nigh. or who she was with.

102.7 is the worse for this.

At least you won't have to hear about OJ for many, many years.
He'll be fogotten in no time.

BTW - Here's a conversation overheard in Clark County Men's Correctional Facility.

Inmate: Hey OJ, I heard you were a tight-end.
OJ: No I was a running back.
Inmate: That's not what your new cellmate Bubu told me...

1.57 - Ftw

For the record, I am neither Asian or a Math teacher.
I did however, adjust my screen to the suggested 5:4 ratio.

I think I hiccuped during the 2nd round bisect angle.

I should be up there until another 10000 games are played.

New 1.5 way KAAZ lsd went in easy with little to no problems. only special tool needed was a bearing puller. after the install, it was a bit clunky on low speed tight radius turns but its been going away pretty quickly. there is almost no noise now. ive only done about 5 min of the break in procedure. the manual suggests 30-45 min but every time i try, i get stopped by the cops.

cleaning the MAF, changing the ignition coils and spark plugs were a piece of cake and resolved my idle issues just as predicted. on an interesting note, i noticed my old leading plugs were the updated version so i went into my records and saw that Mazda has never documented changing them. guess they gave me a free update in the past.

the engine mounts... theres good and bad news. when i took off the shroud inside my wheel well on my right side, i was kinda shocked to see my engine mount completely severed at the top where it bolts to the bracket. i was expecting a cracked mount, but not this...

the bad news:
when taking off the right engine mount, i broke off the rear bolt that bolts into the frame. damn thing was cross threaded in there by whoever put it in there the first time. so i took it to a couple shops and wouldnt you know it, the entire engine and front clip needs to come out to allow enough room to drill and put in a helicoil. the cheapest quote i got was $1,200!

the good news:
im cheap and will just weld the rear of the mount on. if it ever breaks again, ill just cut it off.

even with one bolt holding the right mount in place, i have ZERO vibration now. my car drives like new but with insane amounts of mechanical grip. 255 Falken RT615's + FLT A2 coilovers + KAAZ 1.5 LSD = GIGIDY!!

that's awesome news Gh0st!! (about it running like a champ)

the spark plug was probably changed during the last recall or the dealership did the 'crank/ no start' TSB for you which called for them to replace 2 plugs.

Bummer about the motor mount but sounds like you've got a quick fix for it so I wouldn't worry too much
