Looks like I am about to give up and have a pro time this thing. I think I am 1 tooth off.
Once the timeing is done, smog can be completed, then reg . . . . . . . and then it can be driven.
Wheels, tires and suspension can come later . .. I just want this thing moving!!!!!

K1 in Ontario was a rediculous wait time.....we got our group signed up and we had 14 races in front of us...waited over an hour just to get our first race done. We tried to register for a second race before even running our first but were told that we couldn't have two races in the cue...so we went directly after our first race and wait time increased. We sigend up, went to lunch at In n Out and still had a 45 minute wait when we got back.
They were running both tracks, but it was rediculous to see only 5 or 6 carts running at a time....they could have definately done a better job of cueing up more carts so that there were fewer races to wait for.
Ran the fastest time on track 2, was 0.02 seconds behind the leader on track 1. Track 2 time was 4th fastest for the week.
Glad you got to K1 in Inrvine Jedi, but would have loved beating up on you out in Ontario

xrider...sending you the list of games now....check your pms in a bit.
I would like to borrow the two NFS games for now....maybe trade again when we are done with this trade.
Spoiler....I need to tell you on Fallout 3, there is a level cap at level 20....so it is not like Oblivion where you continue to level up and have the points to dsitribute to your skills. I wish I had known this info on my first go through on the game. Also, DO NOT progress in the main story line past "Finding Eden"......make sure you get all your other things done first, as you won't have the chance to go back. One other suggestion, save right before reaching level 8, level 14, and level 20. Make sure you are at Nuetral Karma on each of these saves....this way, you can earn all three Karma acheivements, and then continue with the nuetral karma guy to the next level (14, then 20).

speed, you interested in borrowing Fable 2 or Fallout3. I asked Cesar, but he didn't seem interested. I'm done with both games....if no one is interested in Fable2, I would like to take it in to Gamestop before they stop offering so much on the trade in value.

holy smokes, those are some LONG wait times!! K1 Irivne was fun but next time I'll need to head out to Ontario, been a while since I've seen some of you PLUS it gives me a chance to put Keith into the wall.
Any thoughts on the meet this weekend? Looks like 2 storms headed our way, maybe some bowling or karting is in order???

how much does gamestop offer for trade-ins?
i'm not as excited about midnight club-la as i originally thought i would. don't get me wrong- it's pretty interesting driving around LA with traffic etc. but, it gets old pretty quickly and i think ratchet & clank is still where my heart lies. =/

Depends on the game, but you can call an they will tell you over the phone.
Also, at different times, they offer a 20% or higher bonus on trade-ins for certain new releases.
For example, when I traded in Call of Duty 4 for COD:World at War, they gave me more credit because I was buying that game.
Also, I feel this needs to be addressed -

got your PM about the games. i'll PM you back my list when i get back home. although NFS: PS i haven't even cracked open the seal. to top it off, i've had it for nearly a year already
so, if i keep neutral karma i get all 3 acheivments: the good, neutral, and bad? had i known that, i woulda been trying my hardest to stay in the neutral for my lvl 8. i'm already half way past lvl 9 right now. i'm actually going through the anchorage alaska bit.
oh, also, is there a place that's just loaded up on bobby pins? i keep breaking them and now i'm nearly out of them. any tips or tricks on picking locks to make it easier? i sometimes have a bit of a hard time even when the lock is labeled as "easy"

They generally offer about half of what they are going to put it on their shelves for.....so if the game is selling used on their shelves for 12.99, expect somewhere in the range of 5 to 6 bucks. On some games, they offer less than that depending on how many copies of that same game they already have.
Promotions, keep an eye out, as they often run promotions like Cesar said...I got 20 bucks for my Call of Duty 4 game when I preordered Call of Duty 5. I also got an extra 20% once when I traded in 5 or more games at one time.
Other promotion I recalled was a 20 dollar store credit with 4 games traded in. I saved up all my 0.99 and 1.99 games and traded them in at this time....didn't seem worth it to sell them when I only got a buck or two for them.
A lot of these games have markets on ebay....run a quick check to see how many are being listed, how many bids...if it is a hot used item. If not, best bet is to trade them in, or trade with a friend who may have interest in swapping (like I'm planning on doing with Xrider since I have no interest in buying the Need for Speed games, but would like to play them for a bit (almost like a rental).
