I've never bought anything from there but I actually rented out my houes using CraigsList.
My phone was ringing OFF THE HOOK after I listed it there.
I guess lots of people use it.

My first offer got beat by 1 day ( and $2000 )
So now the second offer is pending response.
If not . . I will keep looking. I am not in a hurry, but the excitement makes me want to rush.
And my guy doing the financing . .. I think it may be time to look for another opinion. He has me at a decent rate, but I still want shop around a little. Anybody know someone who does mortgages?

So I just got invited to the Mazda launch of the new RX8!!!!!!
Someone started a thread about my local dealer. I forward the link to the GM there. We talk . . . blah blah blah . .. short shifter. He drives my car, now he is ordering a short shifter. We talk more about the new RX8, one of the other managers tells me that he has a few slots open at the launch party in a few months. . . so I am in!!!!!
