I really should hook my laptop back into the obd and see exactly how high some of my EGT's are getting on these canyon runs. It's amazing what a little fire breather our Renesis engines are.
Hell, I remember seeing MM's car on the dyno last year and his EGT gauge started flashing red when he went over 1,800° !

Where and when are you doing canyon runs Jorge?

Can someone post a link and help a fella out, I am looking for bulbs for my fogs and parking lights? (cheap mod for SS). Anyone know of any pre SS install parties?

Loren: these days the only canyon runs I do are the SB ones but I've noticed that after every run my right exhaust shroud would look even worse. two meets ago is when it melted all the way through, I remember we stopped at our usual picture spot and when I got out, I could see smoke coming from the shroud.
gotta put replacement shrouds on before SS.

loren: I have these for my fog lights: http://hoen-usa.com/fog.htm H11 bulbs is what we use.
as for your parking lights, you'll want some size 194 LED's. go to www.v-leds.com I like the 5k bulbs but some prefer the slight blu-ish tint of the 6k's. I would probably go with something like this: http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED/D...61053-1-2.html

i'm not good enough to do canyons on the motorcycle yet, and i'm still practicing endurance & safety runs on the freeway. it's surprising how much wind you have to get used to going 75mph on a bike. every small movement you make at that speed feels like a huge tug on your head.

when do u usually cycle up GMR loren? and, do u road bike or mtn bike up there?

I have been trying to do it every Saturday alternating going up GMR or Mt Baldy. On my road bike of course.
