Great quote (GT5 will include carting):
Despite our best efforts, we're getting pretty excited about the arrival of Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 5. After suffering through years of the company (and the interwebs at large) crying wolf with launch dates, it appears as if we may finally have the game in our hands by the end of this year. There's also some word that the release will coincide with the second coming of various deities.

vacation was awesome, it's always nice to get away for a bit even if it's nowhere very exotic or tropical.
I got to spend some time in Philly, Jersey, and New York. I think the highlight was catching a game at the new Yankee stadium and watching them win one hell of a game against the Angels. (and yes, I was rooting for the Yanks)
Car is ALMOST ready for SevenStock. I spent most of my day yesterday underneath the car fixing / adjusting my suspension setup and got so busy that I forgot to wash my car as I'd originally planned.
I do need to Zaino the car before SS, just need to find the time to do it.
Actually, I need to probably do it this weekend since Greddy Fest is less then 2 weeks away and I'll be attending that.
I usually avoid meets with different car clubs but I think this one will be fun and it'll be a nice change of pace to see what other car clubs are doing and to check out some highly modified cars.
Loren / Gerry: I know you guys are fans of GT-R's so you should seriously consider making a guest appearance.
I'm told that SP Engineering is bringing their GT-R's which are currently the fastest 1/4 GT-R's out there.
I'm not even that big of fan of GT-R's but I wanna see these little beasts. Well, that and the owner of SP (Alex) is a pretty cool guy so I'm sure he'll be there as well.

Jedi I ordered the fog bulbs but before I get the LEDs for the running lights should I get some for something else (interior door, dome light, etc.)? If so which ones?

I actually do not own any Greddy aftermarket parts.
do you have LED's in your clear corners?
I'd do the exterior ones first because once you start with the interior lights, you'll end up wanting to replace ALL of them since the map lights, dome lights, and door lights won't match. I went down this path and ended up replacing every single bulb in there including the darn lights in the sun visors.

hmmm.
in that case the LED's might not do much for you.
I say just do the running lights for now and then do the interior all at once.

yup.
i get it every now and then.
it was worse a while back but i had the whole coolant system flushed and it seemed to help. some believe it can be caused by air in the heater core so flushing everything works.

My car is happy again now that this weather is back to normal. I forgot to mention on my bike ride to Santa Barbara I saw like 10 1925 roadsters and then following them was a red and black Bugatti! He was just cruing with them in some really low gear.
