Just put in another offer on another place.
This brings the total up to 5. yep . . . 5 offers so far. 3 I was beat out by price. 2 I was too late.
So now a little different route. I am gonna try to get a condo instead of a house. The houses in this area in my price range are all a little older. But this condo I just signed the offer on is a 2006 3 bed/2 bath 2 car attached garage.
Cross your fingers for me . . . or whatever it is to send out good joo-joo

jake> my 0.02 is if u can afford it, stay the hell away from condos & townhomes or anything that involves a home owners association.
you're spending a lot of $ & time on a home. do u really want to deal with the insanity of a bunch of looney neighbors dictating what u can or can't do to your place, where and how to park you cars, when u can or can't wash your car, and how to maintain your garden/ backyard etc?
my own exp is if i ever have to live in a "community" setting like a condo or townhouse ever again, i'd rather just rent and not deal with all the headaches.
single houses are the way to go.

quick suspension question:
- Looking at picking up some Tanabe sways but I'm pretty sure the stock bushings won't work. Anyone know if tanabe's bushings fit or can I go with something like RB's?
there's a thread from about a year back showing that the Tanabe bushings weren't the right size. https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ht=tanabe+sway

just read the thread you linked earlier about the tanabe bars....I can't imagine Ghost went and got bushings from an auto parts store.....I would suggest pm'ing Ghost, but I don't think he is on very often. I could always give you his cell, or call him for you? You have my cell, right>?

I think Rotary Rasp has Tanabe's as well and I noticed on his website (www.trickrx8.com) that he also replaced the bushings, etc.

I have always said that Hyundai had a great long term plan.
Come in to the market with an affordable car that would last a long time. And those Hyundai Excel's were a good little car.
Then they started in with the more expensive models, all the way up to the azera and 350 recently.
But who in their right mind is gonna buy a Korean car that depreciates faster than a Jaguar?
