The car is hit and miss, mostly miss. The engine light comes on and an it acts a little funny but the code reads error so I get it cleared. For the most part the car is just as fun from day one except less chances to enjoy it and the sun is slowly taking its toll. After all the car is a 2004 and it will be 2014 next year, wozzers. BRING ON THE NEW MODEL!!

That sounds like fun, we got Cesar, Gerry, Keith and Erica just maybe might meet us up there same for Casey and Michelle. Jesse would come in his evo. What about everyone else?

Actually it could be an epic drive if we left my house and drove up to Crystal Lake for lunch at the cafe, very small and quaint.

what is the code for?

I think that would be a fun group, just for old times sake and to spend time with people we haven't seen in a while I say we plan a trip up there next month or something.
Is the paint starting to dull on the car?

I'm up for either Crystal Lake or whatever you guys want, you definitely know the area better then I do.
I'm sure Michael would make the drive up there as well

not code, jsut an error.

Paint is good but rock ships are bad, plastic is grey, just the little stuff.

As much as I love more twisties and solatude I think Big Bear will give us a better chance to get more people to come out.

engine light = code.
do you remember what the code (or error) was for?

If it keeps coming back, maybe you should investigate a bit more?

Either big bear or crystal lake sounds good.

Loren: we're talking about the same thing
If your Check Engine Light came on, it is because the car has a 'code' that was stored and because the car continued to show that condition, the light eventually came on.

You can call it an Error, a Code, a Fault, it's all the same.

bottom line is when you connect a code reader to it, it should have given Cesar, Sears, Mazda, etc a "code"
find out what is next time it comes up and compare it to here so you'll know what's causing it (and then we can try to prevent it)

Loren: if you're available you should think about going. It's always a fun time in Vegas.
Deanna will be there, as will Emilie, even CRH is bringing his wife.

@ the crotch rocket reference.
Forgot he spends all his time on that thing now.

No dates or locations yet for SS. Still in the planning stages.

Mazfest is insignificant when you compare the amount of planning and money we spend on SevenStock compared to their event.

You can't compare the two. At all.

Not really we need new blood. Every once in a while something is organized but for the most part we all come out to sevenstock.

we should do something late next month or plan for a drive in June.
Even if we only do them during the summer, these were always fun trips and more importantly it'll be good to see you guys more then just every SS.

I believe the Cobb unit can read any car with any code.

We should try it next time we meet.

Razz: it can but it has to be uninstalled from the car first then 'installed' on Loren's car.
we can try it
