Deal is off.
It was done and signed 4 weeks ago. But I just got the call today saying that they F'ed up . . . . sorry.

can they do that? if you're buying a foreclosure, the bank should be happy just to unload the property. wouldn't they do everything possible to make the deal go thru?

oh that sucks jake, can you get it all back? what now a new search with new agents? or just as simple that a different house will have different stimpulations?
we put in 3 different offers on 3 different houses and all got beat on. when we fianlly got accepted the loan luckly also went through. it is tuff waiting around for such a huge decesion but what i always say is that it wasnt ment to be.
