I love the GT-R's performance.
Negative, couldn't get the price I wanted...only for new customers. It's okay though, my contract comes due in 2 months so I'll get $200 off the phone.

I would take the Elise.
If I got the Veyron, I would just sell it to go buy the Elise and have a little extra cash. But I love the Lotus theory ; Keep it small, Keep it light, Make it fast
So for the $50 dollar difference,
should I get this phone
http://nextelonline.nextel.com/NASAp...eSKU=PPC6800SP
instead of this one.
http://nextelonline.nextel.com/NASAp...neSKU=MP6900SP
I have sprint and my contract has expired. So I am thinking about doing the $99 unlimited everything. But as phones go, I am not sure if I need a super nice phone. But it sure would be nice to pull out a phone that no one laughs at. ( I am using a 6 year old phone now)

I asked, because this phone is supposed to come out for Sprint later this year, which means a Verizon version will probably follow 3-4months later.

The Touch (what you linked) is what I was going to buy in 2 months...
The Voyager is a great phone but if you want email (outlook), windows mobile, etc then the Touch is the way to go.

if Beagle can get 18 for his car he would be sitting pretty....take it from me...not too many people at that price point private party....especially with the 09 RX8 release around the bend. Private party is more likely in the 16,000 to 16,500 range...and you'll be waiting a while even at that.
How much can you get as a trade?

the HTC Touch (aka Verizon 8900) seems to have squeaked through with most of its functions still intact. (Cesar is probably more qualified to answer that though)
DAmn, now I need to wait another 6 months for a phone. I should probably stop being so mean to my current phone.

They both have high speed internet, and GPS. Even though Sprint will tell you the touch does not, trust me, it's built-in, and has already been hacked, and I've been using it for over a month.
The Mogul has Wifi, which you won't miss because the EV-DO internet is plenty fast.
The Mogul has a keyboard, which you'll quickly get tired of sliding open to use, and will eventually just use the screen.
If you don't need to keep the same #, you should consider a new service plan w/ Sprint on SERO.
500 minutes $30/month
1250 minutes $50/month
Either plan gets unlimited: Nights/Weekends (Starts @ 7pm), data, email, text messages, long distance, roaming.
Nothing is locked. Even if Verizon disables some features, you'll have full control over it once it's in your hands, and anything can be reversed.
Sprint is months away from releasing the software for the GPS on my phone, but I've been using it for over a month.
BTW - The Verizon version is the XV6900, and my friend bought it. We unlocked the phone and he has EVDO Rev A, and GPS. 2 features Verizon hasn't enabled yet.
Plus, the Voyager is nothing like these phones.
The Voyager is a multimedia phone. Think of it as a fake iPhone w/ a camcorder.
To really get the most out of the Voyager, you'd have to pay for the navigation service and V-Cast. It's not really worth it.
What do you want to do w/ you're phone?
Keep in mind, the data service alone on Verizon is $45/month to access the internet on a smartphone.
If you don't need data service everywhere you go, the EnV from Verizon is a great option.
Takes photos/videos and sends text messages, mobile IM and mobile email.
It's much cheaper than the Voyager, and smaller.

You are right, it is tough to find a private party with $20k layin around.
But according to the searching, At $18999 I would be the least expensive 06 within 100 miles that is low mileage and a manual tranny. Dealerships are asking $21k for my model. ($24 if it was a GT)
And if I cant sell it for what I want . . . . it is not like I am stuck with a Ford Pinto . .. I have an RX8 But that will cut down on my choices for a third car.

Did somebody say Guitar Hero Experience???
(Oh, I guess I just did)
Keith is going to fight me on this, so I think I'm going to get started convincing him of what a great game this will be.
Most people would agree that one of the best parts of Rockband is the drums.
Will, GH's is going to use a real drum kit. The video on their site looks very promising.
Come on keith, you know you want to look.
http://www.guitarhero.com/us/
Click on "Media" and watch trailer 2.
Don't forget the online band career option, and 8 player battle of the bands.

That is why I would never trade it in.
The dealer buys it for (example only ) $14000
they put in another $2500 in Recon
Plus they need at least $3000 profit.
My math sucks, but I think that is about $19,500 asking price. Which is right in line with what I am seeing around town. ($19,999 - $21,495)
The GT model seems to be getting a couple thousand more.

If you don't like the looks of the EnV, there's not much I can say to convince you.
The Glyde is very similar, but double the price, and the Venus has fewer features but double the price.
The Voyager is HUGE and bulky and expensive.
Remember, most of the time, the phone will be in your pocket. Not on the cat-walk showing off how pretty it is.
If you're considering the Venus, which doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard, and you're willing to get a phone w/o the keyboard, you may want to look at the Samsung FlipShot.
Same price as the Glyde and Venus, but it has a 3.0mp camera.
If you want a keyboard, and don't like the EnV, I'd say go w/ the Glyde.
They all have removeable storage, so you can buy an 8gb card and load them up w/ music.

I have been involved with dealerships since I was about 13.
I figure I got a pretty good chance of getting top dollar for it.
I am in a win win situation. I have a super low payment on this car, so if I keep it . . .cool!!! I am driving a car that I dreamed about as a child. (the RX7 R1 was my dream car, so not exactly THIS car . . .but a Wankel)
And If I get rid of it, I get 2 cars.
Either way . . I am happy

WOW
I haven't been to see a movie since. . . . . . . . I can't even remember the movie. But it was over a year ago. And that was my first movie in several years.
I would have to say in the last 10 years, I have had 3 people drag me to movies.
