wow, those are some big *** homes. Good luck getting a super-jumbo loan on one of those...

I'd gladly pay the $40 Million for the Playboy Mansion as long as the girls came with it.

WTF?!
How does that 2nd house only have 4 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms????

Awesome, 8 Club in SB?

So there... when I get one.

Hey guys! I just joined the club, I don't actually have an 8 (yet), but am planning on purchasing one, soon.

I'm only 16 1/2, and my first car's gotta be cheap, so chances are it's probably gonna be salvaged...

It's still an RX8 though, right?

Yes!
Just curious, what's the advantage of having you pick it up for us?
Will there be limited availability?

I ask, because I pre-ordered Forza2 from Gamestop, but the day it came in, Circuit City had a ton of them, and they had a much better deal.
Buy Forza2, get a free $20 game, and I found Just Cause mis-priced for $19.99 so I made out pretty good.

I'm definitely interested though. But, if it's at Circuit City w/ some great offer, I'll probably take that route again.

I am going to buy the new wireless guitar from Rock Band for sure. Maybe we can talk about that purchase.

BTW- Is your internet working fine at home?
Xbox connects no problems?

I want to play against more people than just Keithrica on GH3 and Rockband.

Hmmm... Keithrica.

That could be your guys band name on the game.
That gives me an idea. I'll be back.

Introducing - The Keithricas

On Rockband, Keith can play the guitar, Erica could be on drums.

Here's your first album cover...

Anybody got a coil spring compressor?
My broke *** wants new springs for SevenStock X. I can afford the springs plus a few bucks . . but then comes the installation part.
Is there anybody out there that would be interested in helping me install springs after the next meet? ( or whenever) I can pay someone a bit if they have the garage and the tools/knowledge to make it happen.

I know, I know . . last year I swore the car was gonna remain stock. But after Steph added the exhaust . . I want more. The Mod bug bit me, and now I need to satisfy that itch.

ooooh, the Mod Bug strikes again!
I told myself I was done with mods for a while and then BAM, the mod bug struck.

Before I knew it, I was installing new Koni Struts AND springs.

Find a nearby Auto-Zone and you can rent one for free. They bill your Credit card for the cost of the part (like $50) and when you return the rental, you get your $50 credited back. I used one theirs for my install and it worked great. I'd highly recommend an air gun if you've got one, makes using the spring compressor much easier.

Ya . . there is a white one here in town, dropped to the floor. And it looks so good . . .I need to do it to mine. I am horrible at the mechanical side of things though.
We need to have an install party.

I just returned one at Autozone two days ago, rented it to lower my friend's Mazda6. They rent it out for $40 and give full refund when you return it, they let you borrow it for like 60-90 days. I had to stop by two different ones though because the first had rented it out already.

Have you decided on which springs to get?

Tein S of course. Through my research, they seem to be the popular favorite. And I want to be popular.

Beagle....Speed and I have done the springs on about 9 or 10 RX8's now. We have charged most of the guys outside of our thread about 100 bucks for the job. It takes about three hours. Talk to Speed about it. Send him a pm.

EDIT...oh, and we just took a set of tein s off a guys 8 who was returning it to stock....he wanted 140 for them.

Good find. Thank you. That is a very fair price. and it includes shipping. I feel the itch of that Mod bug again. Or maybe that is just the crabs. ( did he really just go there? Yes he did. He made an STD joke on a car forum. )

Phil over at DPE is AWESOME! I remember finding S-Techs online for a few bucks less but I didn't car; DPE will always have my business when it comes to suspension upgrades, etc.
(unless of course I finally take FE3P up on his offer for HKS coilovers. )

oh, and you'll LOVE your S-Techs; definitely gives the 8 a more agressive look.
(that huge front wheel well gap always drove me nuts)
