wow...that thread is rediculous! and in all honesty, ford has NO RIGHTS on what people do with cars they personally own! it is 100% legal to takes good pics of your car, and sell them on ebay... its not copyright infringement because ford didnt take the photo, and ford doesnt own the car, so ford has no right to do it! what a crock!

WOW, that's insane! I hope someone on that forum is an attorney and feels like sticking it to Ford Motor Company; they could have a FIELD DAY!

So it raises the question;
If no one is allowed to make profit of of images of your cars . . do we block out every ford from every race on TV?
How about TV shows? I see fords in there all the time.
Is this topic worthy of its own thread?

am i the only one who truly wants to go to the person that decided they had the right to sue these guys and shove a bowling pin up his poon-hole? not to mention the fact that i truly dont think i will ever own a ford for this reason (yes, i realize that ford owns mazda, but i try to forget)

might i remind everyone that ford was the stupid company that banned any ford employees who owned non-ford vehicles (specifically japanese imports) from parking their cars in the employee lot when they drive to work. that borderlines middle-eastern arab madness mentality- ie insanity and about as UN-american as u can get.
freedom has no color or boundaries. but, i guess not at ford.
