damn it, I knew as soon as I typed that cheap labor comment that I was setting myself up for that...

I do have one request for the Zaino day though: As much I as loved seeing everyone... that was just way too many cars to detail in one day... Less is more this time around.

detrich: porter cable is great but it's not something you want to do as often as I use Zaino.

ok ok ok.
if you notice the time i posted was like a little after 5 this morning. so i knew i would get that cliff hanger response.
anyways it was the gas. you all know i run the cheap stuff, and have been for some time. well sunday i put some 89 octane in and while i'm taking it to red line again monday no cell flashing. i did it today as well and no cell. so now i'm ready for another gallon of tolulene..

ah.... well, i guess it's good to know that we need to stick to 91 octane for red lining i guess

also, in keith's case, i was just wondering if polishing first then zainoing afterwards might be more effective at gradually smoothing out the top layer of clear coat that has the blemishes... in combating my spots from mr. clean autodry, jun has had me on a prescription of a once a month light polish with the porter cable. and, it's made a very noticeable difference. (i think i posted some pix a while back.) he pointed out that it took time for the blemishes to get on there, so the safest approach is to gently polish it out gradually- so as not to go too harsh at once. so far, i've been very happy with this method and am continuing with it. just thought i'd throw that out there as a reference in case it might help.

Michael, I'm so sorry to hear about the little boy's illness. I'll pray for him.
