screamn8...sorry to hear about the child.... now that i have one, seeing another in pain really affects me... ill pray for him

meshell and sherry.... its really scary when estrogen takes over the board! i give jedi props for hanging in there as long as he did! i would have tapped out a while ago.. although i think meshell would have been much more brutal to me since ive known her so long...... but one day i will be strong enough to take you both!

well, its time to go meet casey for lunch... later!

jessie, you should try and make it down the street to the Orange Show tonight....those derby girls and tattoos, plenty of skin there that needs to be inked...you may be able to drum up some business (more business=more EVO mods=maybe you'll come close to beating Casey or I) :P

I don't see anything wrong with a little estrogen every once in awhile. Why are you always so scared off it???
Yes I would have been much more brutal to you. I like Jedi

OK OK the NIGHT RUN was a JOKE! SORRY I KNOW BETTER. Speed and Viper figures that out. I don’t want ANY confusion. MEET IN JUNE IS STILL THE SAME!

i'd be happy to take a look & help, as i have been Jun's (aka detailing jedi master) faithful Padawan learner/ apprentice over the past couple of months. if the hazing is on the top layer clear coat, then the porter cable should help, because it actually removes a tiny top layer to reveal the shiny, undamaged bottom layer. if the damage is down to the base coat, then polishing probably won't do much. the porter cable is not a high-power orbital that will burn through paint. but, that also means it won't clean-up everything in one pass. but, jun says that that's actually a good thing, because gradually cleaning it up is the safest way to go. like i mentioned, i've been doing my car once a month. and, although i'm not a jedi yet, i've been getting very good results.

We bought a lot of ours at Living Spaces. Mostly in R.C. but the one in La Mirada has somethings the Rancho one doesn't. And yes, I want to go to a Quakes game.

We bought 3 rooms worth of furiniture at Wickes at our last house, and 1 room from Wickes at the new house.
Had them deliver and set things up.

We bought our office furniture from Living Spaces.
It consisted of a desk, and a 6 piece library (6 if you count the top and bottom).

1st Delivery- 1 piece broken. The middle section of the library is also a small computer desk, and it was broken. They left everything assembled, and said they'd return to replace the broken piece.

2nd Delivery- 4days later - Brought back a replacement, which was also broken.

3rd Delivery- 2days later - Brought a replacement, not broken, but it was from a different set and didn't match.

4rd Delivery- 3days later - Again, brought a replacement, not broken, but it was from a different set and didn't match. Decided to take the broken piece with them to match it.

5th Delivery- 2 days later - Brought a replacement, not broken, and not matching the rest of the furniture. They forgot they were supposed to match to the broken one they took w/ them.

6th Delivery- 2 days later - Brought the right piece, not broken, but they left it in the office and didn't assemble it. I put it together.

All this only happened after we would call to follow-up on the status of the furniture. We had to call each time to get them to deliver. Finally, we went back to Living Spaces to get our money back, and the correct piece magically appeared.

So, good luck w/ Living Spaces. Like their slogan says;
"Buy Today, Enjoy in about 2 weeks when we deliver the right pieces and let you assemble it yourself"

Wow, I've had just the opposite experience.

Bought one bedroom set from Wicks and had problems with delievery. And did not like the sales person at all.

Have bought several rooms full of stuff from Living Spaces and never had a problem with deliever.

Have had a few pieces with minor problems show up and the sent over a repairman next day that fixed the problem.

Plus for me personally, I suck at decoration. I love going into Living Spaces and saying.....I like this set up and I buy the whole thing.....like the last set was my family room......I even bought the rug that went with the couches that went with the tables....lol.

The bout Saturday (tomorrow) is at the UPLAND sports arena silly!!!! Again, i won't be playing cause of my knee but I will be around working the booth - taking tickets - making sure there are no small children in the front row that could get smashed by a sliding Derby Diva!!!

Really? I've never been to a roller derby so I'd have no idea about the difference. Doesn't sound like I'd be sitting in the front row. I can't believe you would be doing that if your knee was ok.
