Alright, this is getting good. Can't wait for Friday. Just heading down to 7 Stock with a whole bunch of Mazda Rx8's is just plain Badass!
Also too, 8rotor8 where are we meeting @ in the Great Mall. Whick section is best to meet you guys? thanks again. Me and Fortuante_Few many arrive a little early, so if you want us to post up somewhere, let me know?
I am gonna be detailing the Crap out of my Mazda, and doing an oil change and Air filter cleaning for this Great journey to 7 Stock.
IceMark please save me an Mazda Postcard too! I really would like one of those.

I zoom therefore I am.
We'll be meeting here: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sadd...=UTF8&t=h&z=18
Lots of space and it'll be easy to spot people coming in
That blue thing you see sticking out of the building to the south west of the marker is the Dave and Busters front entrance.

BTW: I remembered why we always chose Channel 7 on the walky talkies, Normally our caravans get pretty long (two years ago we had over 50), and we sometimes get spread out...
But in personal radios, Channels 1-7 and Channels 15-22 have an typical range of up to 18 miles but Channels 8-14 have an typical range of up to 5 miles.

If you guys miss me Friday night or Saturday at the event, I'll be at the pool after the dinner on Saturday night and I am thinking about hitting up Racing beat on Sunday before heading back up. Thinking about buying the RB exhaust for my '8 and RB normally has a no sales tax sale on Sunday after sevenstock, so I would save both shipping and sales tax.
For anyone starting the early Caravan in the North Bay with Nader and I:
We leave at 4:00 am from Aroma's in Railroad square. This is your first leg:
9 4th St, Santa Rosa, CA 95401-6271
Trip: 118.9 mi, 1 hr 45 min
1 Depart 5th 0.1 mi
2 Turn right onto Davis St 0.1 mi
3 Take ramp left for US-101 / Redwood Hwy South toward San Francisco 37.5 mi
4 Take ramp right for I-580 East toward Oakland / Richmond Br 80.3 mi
5 Keep straight onto I-5 South 0.5 mi
6 Keep right onto road 0.2 mi
7 Keep right onto road 0.1 mi
8 Arrive at Westley Safety Rest Area, California (at approximately 5:45 am)

The walkys are good if you have someone on them in the front and rear of the Caravan so they can warn the other drivers in the Caravan about the Po Po and about what exit that is coming up for everyone to get off off.
They are also handy for any break downs, as you can alert your fellow drivers of the need for help.

IloveFI: I'm already car pooling up with Friendlythecat. I'll be driving down by myself, if you can get a ride back up then it'll work. Where do you plan on staying in SoCal?
So, let's talk about pit stops. I personally like to make as few stops as possible, but with these great mpg cars of ours... First stop will be Harris Ranch, second stop will be Bakersfield exit, then Cerritos for dinner, maybe? Let me know what you guys think.

: What are you talking about??? The cop didn't know how fast I was going... He told me... "I don't know how fast you are going, I lost you at 105mph." We'll switch it on the 5. I drive about 80-85 on cruise.

Triple digits cut's like an hour off the drive and keeps the engine in a nice "blow out the carbon" speed for hours.
Laythor if you wanna pick some up and let me borrow one that would be great. I really don't know what I'd do with a pair if i got them for myself.
