Historically, the SoCal Caravan has been the LARGEST rotary Caravan in the history of SevenStock and we're out to do it again like only SoCal can!
This year's Caravan will once again be hosted by Myself, NgoRX8, Gregs, and Atilla.

As some of you have heard SevenStock is headed to new lands and so too is the SoCal Caravan! For the first time in 6+ years, we will be meeting at a new location and making our EPIC voyage to the Pomona Fairplex for SevenStock 14.
I had time to scout a new location last night and am excited to announce that this year we will meet up in the City of Brea.

429 South Associated Rd., Brea, CA

I think this location will be PERFECT for us given how close it is to the freeway onramp and to the fairgrounds themselves. Here is a picture of where we will be meeting up:

• GREEN area is where we will stage the cars
• Pink are the different entrances into the shopping center
• Blue is how we will exit onto the freeway.

Meet up time for the SevenStock 14 caravan will be on: 10/29/2011 @ 5:00 am in front of Borders at the Brea Plaza Shopping Center. We will promptly leave for Pomona @ 5:30am. We should arrive at our destination by 6:00am-6:15am and this will ensure we all have an opportunity to display our cars in the MAIN Stage Parking Lot.****** (more info on that at the bottom of this post).

For those who have not attended prior SevenStock events, when we first arrive at the venue we will all be parked in the "pre-staging" lot where cars will be arranged by generations. ie; 1st Gen RX-7's, 2nd Gen RX7's, RX-8's, etc
Later on, a limited number of cars will be moved into the main lot where the SevenStock show will take place. Space in the main area is LIMITED and will be on a 1st come, first serve basis which is why we are arriving so early.

Parking in the Main Lot means you make a COMMITMENT to staying there until at least 3:00 pm. Unfortunately there are zero exceptions to this. Our contract with the Fairgrounds, the manner in which vehicles will be displayed, AND our Insurance Policy prohibits us from moving vehicles before then but don't worry because time will FLY by and there will be plenty to keep you occupied all day.

This year due to the event being held at the Pomona Fairplex there will be TWO areas to the Main Lot; outdoors and inside the building we've rented. The majority of the cars will be displayed outdoors as with previous years and the indoor lot shall be used to show case some of SoCal's finest RX's. Think of it as the "courtyard" section that we usually have at Mazda HQ.


SevenStock 14 Pricing:

RX display vehicle (outdoor): $20 (car & driver) - additional passengers: $5/person

RX display vehicle (*indoor): $30 (car & driver) - additional passengers: $5/person

General Admission: $5/person

KIDS 12 & UNDER FREE




Indoor Display Vehicle Criteria:

• All Vehicles must have 1/4 tank of gas or LESS at the time they arrive. This is a requirement by the Fairplex and our Insurance carrier - No Exceptions can or will be made to this
• Car batteries must be disconnected once parked indoors. This is easy, just bring a 10mm wrench / socket and take care of it as you're wiping down your cars.
• PM me the details / mods of your RX-8.

It's not really good time because I have to wake up at 4am, prepare everything and drive to the locate ( it's about 40mins from home =.=' ), but anyway, I will do :D.

haha Konig, it's the same time we always do the caravan. Besides, we'll have PLENTY of donuts and energy drinks to keep you guys awake during the day.
Either that or when we fire up the 4 Rotor RX-8, I'm sure that'll wake you up no matter WHERE you're sleeping.
