Guys, after getting all of the money we had in the kiddy, borrowing and begging for more, and the adding the bucks we collected from all the SS-13 sales, we've finally been able to set event entry pricing for SS-14... as follows:
RX display vehicle (outdoor): $20 (car & driver) - additional passengers: $5
RX display vehicle (*indoor): $30 (car & driver) - additional passengers: $5
General Admission: $5
KIDS UNDER 12 FREE
*indoor display is limited and will be selective. If interested please PM Jedi54 ASAP

Indoor Display Vehicle Criteria:
- All Vehicles must have 1/4 tank of gas or LESS at the time they arrive. This is a requirement by the Fairplex and our Insurance carrier - No Exceptions can or will be made to this
- Car batteries must be disconnected once parked indoors. This is easy, just bring a 10mm wrench / socket and take care of it as you're wiping down your cars.
- PM me the details / mods of your RX-8.

I'm posting that information here as I know some of the cars in the caravan will be interested in displaying their RX-8's alongside some of sweetest cars that the rx7club will be bringing so I wanted to make you guys aware of pricing and the criteria for parking indoors.
The fuel issue isn't a big one, just plan accordingly for the caravan and I think most will be okay. I'm planning on keeping my car right around the 1/4 mark until SS and as soon as the event is over, I'll find a gas station and top off for the ride home.
Requiring 1/4 or less is pretty typical of indoor car shows so I hope you guys don't think we're just doing it to make your lives more difficult.

yeah Zumn, believe me man, it PAINS ME to have to ask you guys to pay a fee. It really does. 
However, it was necessary to have SevenStock LIVE ON after we lost the ability to host it at our usual spot. As it stands, the SS crew is most likely going to lose money on this deal even with the event pricing so that's why we're asking for everyone to help chip in a little.
Renting the Fairplex was not cheap and we had to pay for it in advance.

Definitely consider outdoor display just to contribute some funds. (without much exterior mods, lol)
Can't do indoor cuz' hate to disconnect battery and have to relearn fuel trim. lol

No biggie.
This will likely up the quality of the cars, but lower the number of attendees.
In either case, I hope we can make things work, it would be a shame to see SS fade away simply due to a cut in Mazda funding...

Hey shinka, thanks for the continued support! This show isn't possible without you guys. 
As for the fuel trims, I know some will be a little worried about that but honestly it shouldn't be too large of a concern. Odds are our cars will relearn trims by the time we get home from the event.
As long as I'm around I won't let SS fade away, you guys know that. I've been a fan of SS since my first one in 2005 and now I'm fortunate enough to sit in the Board to help ensure SevenStock lives on.

That reminds me: make sure you guys bring a few extra bucks for T-shirts. We finalized the design of the shirt yesterday and I think you guys are gonna like it!
