some what...just think of it as a rotary car show...bunch of guys that share the same passion....wait a minute..that sounded gae...hahaha..pretty much a rotary car show with vendors and rotary food...add oil if needed

 

Ok, I read Bern's post on RX7club.com and he mentioned it should start around 9:30am to get into the parking lot. So leaving from Cerritos at 8am Sharp should be fine.. get there around 8:30-8:45am.. and still have time to settle in before driving into the parking area.

Anyone else coming along?

Am a first-time rotary owner and never been to 7 stock before. So I'm not sure if it's worth my time. Is it really THAT interesting, or is it more like- walk around, look at show cars, look at people, eat, maybe win a stupid $5 t-shirt, and thats about it?

Cuz, that would seem kinda boring to me. What exactly is so fun about 7 stock. Someone convince me why it's worht going to.

7 stock is even better than zoom zoom live. All of cali's best rx's and anything rotary related will be there! Bring money for food, drinks, and knick knacks. I plan on buying some shirts or something stupid..hahaha on top of that, im bringing donuts! NO DRINKS! How fun is that?!?!?

Consider it a rotary swap meet of sorts. Not just show cars, but vendors, key people from Mazda, key cars in the rotaries history, shared interests, and some really interesting rotary swaps. A rotary mecca of sorts and a chance to get to both check out Mazda R&D as well as meet rotary enthusiasts from around the nation.

This is not like a convential car show as in most cars there are not particularly showy, just clean.

If you are not into car meets or too particularly interested in car activities it might not hold much interest in say the same way a track day would.

I figure it being local this is the only car meet I usually attend outside of a track day. If every car meet was at a track I would have a perfect attendance record.

 

DAM DUDE..YOUR HARD TO PLEASE! wonder what your wife thinks about you! HAHAHA j/k..last year they brought out the 4 or 3 rotor le mans race car and fired it up. Not sure if they are gonna do it this year
