that's actually not a bad workout regiment if you actually kept to it.
i dont know how effective it'll be in 10 days. but thats very good.

simple :drink nothing but water, and lots of running, push ups, pull ups, squats, and eat less portioned meals, u dont really have to stuff ur face.
I eat whatever i want when i want and........

i never gain weight, i am 5'7" @ 180 lbs i go up and down within 2 lbs max. We have a huge shipping scale at work and i weigh myself daily and stand at 179-180 daily for like 3 months now. On my DL its says i weigh 145lbs that was when i was 15.

Its highly effective but doing that for 10 days not having any pre training you would most likely kill yourself. I'm taking it slow easing into it I'm still working on running a mile and there is allot i did not mention like mountain climbers jumping jacks pull ups lots of stretching ETC...

haha yeah for sure.

i found that sprinting is a lot better too.
its a lot hard then long distance running, but it takes less time.

I'm going to rip apart the UIM and manually clean out the SSV and other assorted intake work. After doing some informal testing/measuring with the COBB and three cans of seafoam later, I discovered that I was/am loosing massive amounts of power due to the wonky intake.

My factory intake "cold air" plumbing mod is working extremely well however as my IAT's have dropped and it seems to be doing the job. Due to how it was installed it is even preventing junk from clogging up the filter.

yea sprinting is def good to incorporate in a routine I just haven't gotten there yet..
